The Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel in central zamalek, very quiet and good atmosphere.

Dining room a bit small.

Great location in Zamalek Good access to downtown (thanks to the opening of metro station Safaa Hegazy)

Breakfast: taste was good but some of the staff came to pick up foods from the buffet or made noise (music) outside.

The garage was too far from the hotel and the hotel was sometimes noisy because of the swimming-trainings.

Super friendly staff, excellent location, plenty of great restaurants nearby (especially the Korean BBQ place) 1 minute from the metro and all the embassies. Very good air conditioning.

the location of the hotel is really good and close to everything. Also the value for money is worth it

There is construction work around the hotel, April 2023, making it very difficult for Uber to arrive in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was okay. I like the quiet street neighborhood except there was construction going on which made it very muddy walking in the hotel.

The shower was leaking and overflowing into the bathroom. Needs to fix this problem because it may cause more problems to other floors.

I was not booked for a stay when I arrived. Worst is that my payment was not refunded.

I need my refund as I did not stay in this facility

The staff is very cooperative and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Conveniently located in Zamalek, close to dining and shopping of all kinds.

The street in front of the building is narrow and difficult for cars to approach. The entrance and lobby space is also narrow.

room was nice size, close to restaurants, a grocery store and coffee shops. quite clean. linen a bit old but clean. staff excellent.

we had no water for shower or toilet on our last night and received an “Oh well” sort of response.

Breakfast was healthy and all vegetarian foods. I stay there for 10 nights in Hotel New Star Zamalek in Zamalek (Island) which most of the embassy are there. Consider a rich and safe area.

Whether was too cold for me.

My room was quite spacious with a small attached living room. The location was close to interesting shops, art galleries, and cafés.

plaster was starting to peel off of the hallway and fall to the floor. Breakfast was included, and it was very handy not having to go out to find breakfast. But it didn’t suit me very well as I really enjoy having some fruit at breakfast. and none was included.

The location is awesome, you can get food, laundry, coffee anything you need soon as you come out on the street. Staff and management were great in fixing any issues. Overall great spot to stay at. Close to the major highways, Egyptian museum, New civilization museum. The metro(subway) station is a 2 minutes walk, it's the cheapest and most convenient way of getting to your destination.

Better job can be done with the bathroom cleaning and draining in the shower stall
