Vos logements sont spacieux, d'une propreté éclatante, privés et paisibles. Une maison artistique loin de chez soi, nichée dans la forêt avec de beaux bois, des plafonds voûtés, des œuvres d'art originales, des tirages d'art et de la photographie.
La maison comprend cinq chambres (11 couchages, très confortablement) privées et verrouillables, une kitchenette entièrement équipée, un salon, une salle à manger, une bibliothèque / un espace d'échecs, divers coins de repos, 1. 5 salles de bains, terrasse couverte, filet de badminton, foyer , barbecue et entrée privée.
Notre maison attenante à côté partage la salle de jeux / télévision, avec table de billard, fléchettes et jeu de palets, mais nous vous y laisserons avec plaisir lorsque vous aurez envie de traîner.
Des tonnes de rangements pour les équipements sportifs, et nous vous proposons un local à skis en hiver, ainsi qu'un local à vélos / nettoyage / tuning et des outils.

Le Chelsea Velo-Nordic B&B est niché dans les collines de Gatineau, à distance de marche du cœur du village de Old Chelsea, y compris le centre d'accueil du parc de la Gatineau, de nombreux cafés, restaurants et magasins merveilleux et, surtout, le Nordik Spa. De plus, nous sommes à seulement 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Ottawa et à 10 minutes du charmant village de Wakefield. Notre emplacement fantastique permet un accès facile aux expériences sur les sentiers et en ville.

This is a perfect place for a family, all ages. Clean rooms, lots of sheets and towels, Trevor is friendly and helpful. Great playroom downstairs

Our trip to Ottawa would not be possible if we hadn’t connected with Trevor. After our original reservation was cancelled the morning of, Trevor welcomed us into his beautiful home.
We loved our time spent enjoying the comfy beds, great little kitchen that had it all, shuffle board and tons of DVD options! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to go on our trip.
Thank you Trevor for your kindness and for helping us have a wonderful vacation as a family, despite the initial challenges.

Our group (2 families with kids and the grandparents) enjoyed staying at the Nature Guesthouse. It was a convenient location from which to explore the nation's capital and Gatineau Park. The house was not as clean as other guests have mentioned (there was old coffee in the percolator, unwashed pans in the oven and a half-eaten apple left on the railing). However it was a nice setting for our family gathering and had plenty of space for everyone. A dishwasher or a better sink and drying rack set-up would be useful. I wish we could come back in the winter to try the sauna and enjoy the xc-skiing!

There were eight of us visiting Ottawa for the first time. The house had plenty of room, the homeowners live in the house next door. They were helpful but left us alone to enjoy ourselves. The drive to Ottawa was easy and mostly highway. House was stocked with what we needed and the little town was cute.

This was a great place for all 9 of our family. Tasteful decor with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very pleasant seating and dining area. Gaming and TV room was a nice touch. Hosts on the property were a great benefit and fun to interact with. They are very generous with all the amenities including outside activities. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the cottage with the family to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of our parents. The venue was perfect to have a large family gathering. The chalet itself is very nice, comfortable. Kitchen is a bit small for meal prep for large group but had everything we needed. Bedrooms are nice and with lots of space. Comfortable beds. Nice area to play pool and relax. Very nice covered porch. Only concerns are the stairs in the cottage. Not appropriate for people with disabilities or older people. The owners are very nice people, but important to mention that they live next door. I recommend this cottage.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. The location is perfect- less than a mile from Chelsea village and Gatineau park. We were able to get in a lot of Nordic skiing. Close to Ottawa and we went drove 20 min into town for museums and dinner. The hosts were great- helpful and friendly. We would stay again!

It was a great space for myself and 5 athletes. For us it was very convenient to Camp Fortune and a reasonable drive to Mont Ste-Marie. House was exactly as described and the owners were great. We will definitely stay here again next time we have races in the area.

Shirt drive to both Old Chelsea and Gatineau park.
Lots of bedrooms which are comfy and spacious. Living room/dining room could be bigger to accommodate a fuller house. Not enough chairs/couches for ten people. We were only three so did not impact us. Kitchen is small but well-stocked.
Trevor and Alisha were very responsive and friendly. Provided great advice on local trails, which was especially appreciated given how busy the town and park were that weekend.
Signs in house ask that windows not be opened were a bit ‘off-putting’. This is apparently to avoid loud groups annoying neighbours. Totally get it but We wanted to open them for fresh air and Trevor quickly said yes. Suggest the signs get removed from every window and just be really clear at check in to tell guests to shut windows if they are going to be noisy.

Good place for a girls weekend! The cottage was very close to the spa, which was perfect. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was a bit small for lots of meal prep but it was stocked well. There’s no dishwasher, which I would suggest putting in if possible!

This rental was great, we have a large family and so it is always hard to find places that comfortably sleep us all and this place was great for us with 5 actual bedrooms.
The property was clean and came as advertised. The games room was great and got lots of use.
We had one small issue with the water and the owners were quick to respond and make sure everything was ok.
Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Luxury in the woods
The rental was exceptionally clean and modern with excellent amenities, comfortable beds and a relaxing location close to everything.
Check in was really easy. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and lots of dishes. The games room was a big hit with everyone, too. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely light. Excellent artwork throughout and high end soaps and shampoos. Wonderful attention to detail.
The best part of this rental, however, is the owners. One night there was a big storm and the power went out. When we got up in the morning, there was a text waiting with an ETA for power restoration, a bucket of water for the toilets, and a carafe of premium coffee (with cream, milk, sugar and cups) waiting for us. As the week progressed we also got personal recommendations for our family on local attractions and spaces only known to the locals. These recommendations were the highlights of our adventures.
The only - very small - downsides are that the rental is an extension of the owner's home so the outdoor spaces are shared and the layout of the rental is unexpected (the kitchen is not next to the dining room, for example). But these are small in comparison to the quality and comfort of the property.
Overall, we would recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Chelsea
The property has all the conveniences you need and the location near Old Chelsea is amazing. Trevor and Alisha are incredibly warm and welcoming and extremely responsive. Our only regret is that our stay was too short to take advantage of all the property has to offer.

Chelsea in the woods
We rented this house for 2 nights to have a ski weekend away with my family. Beautiful location close to ski and spa. House tucked amongst the woods. Large rooms throughout and great gathering area downstairs with games room including pool table and fireplace. Owners made it easy to check in and out and easy to contact if you had any questions. If your looking to have a mini retreat/holiday this is the place to go.
