We found this property on the app, and decided to pick it for our family vaction. This property was way too big for our family: me, my wife, our 2 boys and one of their girlfriends. We chose this property for the amenities. It was a great vaction.
Pros:
The property was a very nice location and very clean.
The theather room was amazing.
Great selection of music on the jukebox.
Golden Tee was a big hit.
MarioKart was another game the whole family enjoyed.
The pool table provided hours of fun, however it will need resurfed sooner rather than later.
The views. There is a large balcony on all three levels, all providing some spectacular views.
The Property Management group. The first morning, we discovered a plumbing issues with one of the upstair showers. When i let them know, they gave me options for when they could come look into the issue. Once they assessed the situation, they gave options of how we would best like to handle this possible lengthy repair. Always worrying about what best worked for us. Because of this issue, they offered to give us free tickets for our entire group, instead of the normal 1 free ticket.
This also leads me to the free tickets through Xplorie. We used this several times.
I would suggest that they find a way to remove the metal piece attached to deck floor right outside of the hot tub. Very
hard to see at night, and could lead to a possible injury. My son almost stepped on it.
We will absolutely try to stay here next year.

The cabin was great. We enjoyed it very much, especially the game room and theater. Kitchen is a little small but has all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you will need. We had a situation with the cabin and had to leave one day early. However, Bear Tracts management handled the situation very professionally. We were sad we had to cut vacation short but it was handled to our satisfaction.

Great place to stay! This cabin was a great place to stay for our family. It was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of room. The location was amazing. We really enjoyed having the stores so close to us. The extra games in the game room were a big hit with our teenagers. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Gatlinburg Tennessee .

Our experience staying in this cabin was fabulous! It has plenty of rooms and beds for our family of 12. Although the kitchen was nice and well supplied, it was very small which meant only one or two in there. I can’t say enough nice things about the Gameroom that included arcade games, a juke box, a pool table, large air hockey table and a nice large media/movie room. The hot tub was great although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it but it was great! Everything was really amazing! Loved it…and also the views were great! Highly recommend!

We had a large group for family vacation and this was the best place for us! The views were beautiful and the game room and movie theater were a hit. We saw bears daily, crossing the road and close to the pool area, which we really enjoyed. We loved our time at the cabin just as much as our time out on the town. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again!

I have mostly all positive remarks and few negatives. The cabin has plenty of space. The kids spent most of the time in the arcade or theater room which kept it quiet upstairs for the adults. The kitchen table is big enough for meals and card games. We had plenty of bed space but our biggest complaint was the queen mattress on the top floor balcony view was not comfortable and the bed squeaked every time you moved. The adults in that room slept on the bunk beds and we moved kids to pullout couches. We had a couple of issues but maintenance was quick and friendly. Only other complaint was how far we had to take the trash. I understand it is important to have bear proof containers but we had to drive our trash to the closest bin. Other than that we enjoyed the location and views as well. Recommend.

First the positives - great location- perfect size we had two families staying here and had plenty of space. Amazing game room with lots to doFor our teenagers (and adults!). Clean. Easy to get to. Paved roads. Negatives - kitchen had two towels and not one dish rag or sponge or scrub brush. Nothing to clean counters (Lysol wipes or Clorox spray). King bed on top floor very uncomfortable. The bedroom in bottom floor is directly attached to game room and should be more geared toward kids sleeping in it rather than the king bed. None of us adults wanted to sleep right next to where kids were gaming late into the night. NotOne hanger in whole house. Dryer didn’t work- we were limited on space in car so I packed less knowing I could do laundry. With no dryer and no hangers we had clothes laying all over trying to dry. And only exactly enough towels for each person and wanted to be able to wash them but again no dryer. That was disappointing. I did call maintenance and he was very nice and tried to be helpful but apparently the part needed was coming from Germany so we had to do without.

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was great. Plenty of room for the 16 people staying overnight. 3 floors made it not seem crowded at all. The game room was a hit - the button to turn on the Multicade game is on the top of the game, you're welcome. The theater was great also, 6 remotes to operate TV but figured it out. Turn up the sound inside the cabinet to hear speaks - welcome again. The hot tube was very hot, but felt great once you got used to it. Seem to have all the kitchen items we needed, sheet pans under kitchen sink if you go looking. Everyone said beds were comfortable, with maybe the exception of the King upstairs, it is very low and mattress was so so. It is very close to town so that was a definite perk. There is a ton of parking, seemed like everyone staying wanted to drive their own car - we got at least 9 cars parked. The free activities that you have access to on their app seemed very nice. We weren't there long enough to take advantage, but next time maybe, a great perk. We would definitely stay here again - it was everything described.

This cabin fit all my party and we really had a great time. The only thing I would change would be the dining room benches since we used a lot to play cards. Gatlinburg is always amazing for short vacations. I can't wait to visit it again.

We rented the Cabin for my Daughters sweet 16 with her friends. Our first night we got in late and went to the strip beds were great.. Second morning my daughter shower and it floods the game room ( Couldn’t use them again ).. Report it forget about it and move on.. My daughter and friends go to get in the hot tub it was cold… The whole trip I got ZERO amenities I paid for, and the owners said all these problems were to my parties fault after we wasn’t happy with the stay… We have Videos and messages where we tried to get the problems fixed as found… I never leave bad reviews Renters Be Aware CHECK EVERYTHING THEY WILL BLAME YOU!!!

Front porch has poor lighting, you can't see going up & down the stairs at night, the water pressure was horrible, the ceiling fan in the master on the top floor looked & sounded like it was about to fall out, the air hockey table worked poorly, the rack for the pool table was broken, the jukebox had a mind of its own & you couldn't ever pick a song if you could figure out how, the lighting in the pool room flickered as there is something wrong with the switch by the porch door, the kitchen was loaded with fruit flies the whole time from the moment we got there, there were 2 rags left in the staircase from the previous people or cleaning crew, the view was misleading as only the top floor porch could see over the pine trees. The game room was great with the kids, and I would stay here again but they need to address most of the issues. The lights in the game room could be a fire hazard

Fabulous experience! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had on a vacation! Tons of space for our party of 10. We spent a lot of time in the game room. Location was perfect because it was easy to travel both to downtown Gatlinburg and to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin is fantastic! The kids absolutely love the game room. The only downside was the pans were very damaged from previous renters using metal utensils—the management team replaced those right away, great customer service! Our recommendation would be to provide more lighting outside on the porch especially around the steps. The theater room was also a big hit! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are cozy with the fireplaces. Overall we had a great time and wish we could stay longer. The kids were able to see snow for the first time!

Family Friendly!
We stayed here for our annual family vacation this year and we were extremely pleased with this cabin. The check in and out process was extremely easy! The cleanliness of the cabin was amazing everything was extremely clean. The game room was amazing as well so much to do down there! We had 9 adults and a 2 year old and we all had plenty of room/places to sleep! The location is perfect as well not too far away from town but still had a beautiful view! If we decide to come back to the area again I will definitely book with them again!

Great Stay. We loved the place. Wanted to pass on a few issues. Downstairs bathroom sink faucet leaks pretty bad as does the shower head. Shower doors in upstairs and downstairs baths were off the tracts. The box in the theatre room which said "Do not open" with a mentioned a $500.00 fine was wide open when we arrived. All else was good. Great stay.
