This is our second trip to this property. It's always a lovely time spent at this beautiful cottage. It's just the right size for the two of us. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and the property is lovely to hang out at as well. So beautifully landscaped and decorated. Christine is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make our time there special. Highly recommend Potter's Pond cottage.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Be mindful of how small it is and that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedroom. Air conditioning was in the upstairs (bedroom) window so on very warm days, the living area is not as cool as you might want. The supplied floor fan made it comfortable for us. We found the kitchen to be adequate (new Keurig was a nice touch). We cook our own meals but didn't have a sauté pan nor covered pot (other than the lobster pot) so cooking an egg was a challenge. We ended up using a stock pot with a pie plate for a cover to poach eggs each morning. The supplied grill had completely replaced grates and burners so we grilled every night. Fresh seafood, of course. The location was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate renting here in the future.

Easy to find, good communication from owner, clean, comfortable, quaint. We really enjoyed our short stay and had no problems. The ONLY thing we were lacking that we were hoping would be included was a coffee maker.

Christine our host was very helpful with suggestions on beaches and places to eat. Her property was absolutely beautiful and I looked at every inch of it! The tiny house we stayed in directly adjacent to her home had everything that we needed, including an adorable outside patio to ourselves. Would recommend to a couple or single person looking for a getaway to a beautiful section of Rhode Island. The bed was a little stiff for my liking…

This cabin is located next to the owner's house. There was a separate outdoor patio for us and the patio was nicely landscaped. The inside of the cabin was cozy and had the softest bath towels I've ever used.

We had a fantastic trip! Staying at Snug Harbour was icing on the cake. Christine was super responsive on any questions I had and had great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Snug Harbour was centrally located to everything on our wish list to visit. I highly highly recommend!

We spent the weekend for our daughter’s graduation; great location. Cozy little place that has everything you need and a relaxing outdoor space.

We enjoyed Christine’s sweet cottage for a friends weekend. The location is terrific with a relaxing outdoor area and short walk to pond to kayak and paddle. The cottage is comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend!

Loved this property! Well-designed such that we made full meals for 4! Comfy beds: we slept like babies. Beautiful location near Potter’s pond - water access and kayaks a real plus. Great for walks to birdwatch and who could resist the Oyster Bar. Memorable.

It was a very lovely little cottage for myself and my boyfriend. It was nice to be in walking distance to the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Christine was great! It was a great place for a couple of nights!

We enjoyed our stay! Short and sweet. Just enough cozy space for three close friends. Short walk to Potter Pond. Used paddle boards for the first time. Our host Christine was a perfect host and very accommodating. 2 adorable dogs were there to greet us! Would definitely stay again💕

Easy to book, check in, and out. The host was very warm and accommodating. Air-conditioning worked great in the bedroom and the lobster sheets were a nice touch. Will stay again!

From start to finish Christine was wonderful! We used the patio in the evenings and walked to the famous Oyster House for dinner! The beach is very close! We will be booking this perfect little cottage again very soon.

PERFECT!!! If you are looking for a cozy cottage for a couple nights away LOOK NO FURTHER. from the moment you pull onto the property you feel like your home. The yard is BEAUTIFULLY landscaped all around with an adorable patio set lined by tiki torches! The inside is adorable and you can tell the owner puts so much passion and thought into her cottage! Went to East Matunuck Beach, maybe 5 minutes drive away- beautiful with a beautiful new pavilion/snack bar. Walked to Matunuck Oyster Bar for a delicious dinner. Truly cannot go wrong with this cottage, location and owner. Will 100% be returning!!

Everything worked out fine. Property as advertised and we had everything we needed. Nice quiet area.

Communication with Christine was great. So helpful having linens, towels and basic bathroom items provided - like a hotel. Location is spot on to walk to Oyster Bar. We opted to drive/park at East Matunuck for ease of bringing chairs, coolers, etc. Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful two-day stay we had at Potter Pond. Christine is a wonderful host; she's like the new best friend that you didn't know you needed. The cottage is perfect for two people, clean and comfortable. The location is great with easy access to lots of fun things, most especially the easy walk to both the beach and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Use of her kayaks and toodling around the pond was a daily bonus...especially when we saw eagles soaring overhead! We will definitely visit again.

Christine was a great hostess and we had a great time surrounded by her gardens and rabbits. We were close to beaches and great restaurants.

The cottage was adorable, had a great little private patio area which we used a lot through the weekend. Walking distance to a very popular and delicious restaurant (reservations needed a few weeks out during summer), another bar and a beautiful Rhode Island beach! The host was so friendly and super accommodating! Answered all our questions before arriving and helped us find things around town while we were there. It was perfect for our girls weekend but think it would work great for families (or a couple) too.

This choice was really ideal. My stay was just right. Great walks to the beach and good restaurants. It was quiet, comfortable and there were some nice unexpected offerings. I was there alone and it was perfect for my retreat. It was an excellent choice and the owner were kind, thoughtful and fun.
