location was great. it served us very well

the steps to get to the apartment. would have preferred 2 more comfortable chairs to relax but all in all we were very happy with the apartment.

Location was good.

We booked for 3 people so 1 person had to use the coach, it was very dirty and there were not linens to put on it. The bed of the room was not comfortable and when moving it sounds terrible, the wood under the mattress fall all the time. We only got 2 towels, the pillows of the coach were dirty as well, the TV did not work, there was not even a small towel in the kitchen to clean. There were curtains in only two windows in the living room and no curtains at all in the room. It looked like a flat without maintenance in long time, very disappointed that people just want to profit without putting an effort. Also, I believe for these conditions the check in is too late (3pm) and check out is too early (11Am). Considering that there is not option to storage your luggage during this time either.

It was spacious and clean. Ideal location in central London

The bedroom window had no lock which can be accessed from the small communal “courtyard” like area. We didn’t feel secure at night and leaving the flat with our belongings. Also, there was a leak coming from the lights in the kitchen, informed the property host but no one came to check the issue. No blinds in the living room which had no privacy at night, people in the building apartment across could see through.

The location was ok.

we saw several mice during our stay here. Tried to ask for a refund so we could check in on another accommodation, but the provider kept assuring us that the issue was sorted, when indeed nothing had been done. The next day after the issue should have been sorted, they came and installed two sticky mousetraps, but we still saw another mouse after this. We did not feel comfortable here, nor did we sleep well during our stay, and the provider was not at any help. We do not recommend this accommodation.

Amazing location right in a great part of the city. Great food and bars all very close by. Great light on the nice warm days

Great location. Handy for places and things to do. Bright airy apartment that was hugely spacious. Very comfortable for a family stay or with a group of friends.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The place is really spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed, perfect to visit London from a quiet neighborhood, some blocks away from the subway. Totally recommended

poor bathrooms and blockages of water , I did plunge to remove all dirt. very poor pillows and not look like pillows at all. too small shower rooms not convenient.

The bathroom facilities were really nice and clean. plenty of spare towels and clean linen provided. decent location. cleaning products provided. very quick and friendly service.

The bathroom light didn’t work great at all where we had to use the light on our phones when it got darker, and the doors lock was broken. Broken light in living room and kitchen cupboards ready to come off the wall. No duvet cover or proper pillows provided for the sofa bed. Broken plug socket in bedroom. The the place smells of mould. The bathroom and bedroom especially smell of damp and left some of our group very tight chested due to asthma.

Apartment is very dirty. Stains on the sofa. Bed and pillow very old and worn down. Pillow literally falling apart. Stairs are very steep. Thin walls, you can hear every footstep and movement. There was smell of illegal substance smoke entering my apartment from surrounding apartments. There was no phone number for the property (the number kept on booking of the property is an international number which does not work). Tried to contact them through booking, they were very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly.

The flat its perfect for a short stay, I was worried about the reviews but all was spot on at the check in. Perfect communication, easy check in.

Decent location, fairly close to underground rail, bus stop across the street. 2 markets and a takeaway within steps. Easy to find. Clean, efficient.

The stairs are miserable. Water in sink wasn't hot very long. Wasn't allowed to drop off luggage before check-in. Market across street had Stasher.

Very well presented and clean property, everything you need for perfect stay. Many restaurants and shops around.
