Even the small details were taken care of, having a speaker in the bathroom was incredible! We were given a room upgrade which was a wonderful surprise, and we were so well taken care of. Will 100% stay here again and have already recommended to others. Thank you!

Chambre communicante nous a été assignée alors qu'on a demandé des mois à l'avance une Chambre au calme. On a fait 3 nuits blanches car notre voisine regardait la télé très fort toute la nuit. On a demandé un changement de chambre qui a été refusé. Nuit suivante: personne qui tousse toute la nuit. Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. Le personnel très jeune ne sait pas satisfaire le client. De plus pas de place pour ouvrir les valises quand on reste une semaine et très peu de rangements à disposition. Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et c'est le pire hôtel qu'on ait fréquenté. Je profite d'une dernière nuit blanche pour écrire ce commentaire. Il y a beaucoup d'autres hôtels à Londres qui pour le même prix seront à la hauteur. Dommage que le client ne compte pas. Par ailleurs avec un autre client nous sommes tombés malades à cause du capuccino à emporter pris le même jour. A noter petit déjeuner répétitif et très peu varié.

Staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was good, any extra’s was supplied without any problems..

On entering the lift the carpet needs replacing due looking well worn. I would of liked to be able to open my window in my room for fresh air.

Très bel hôtel, bien placé au coeur de Shoreditch avec un personnel très accueillant ! Le petit déjeune était très bon

Propre, moderne, bien décoré. La chambre était très bien insonorisée. On entendait pas du tout le bruit de la rue. L idée du vase en céramique que l on peut remplir dans le couloir pour avoir de l eau fraîche et filtrée sans utiliser de bouteille en plastique est vraiment top. Le personnel aussi était bienveillant. Je recommande vivement

The decor of the hotel overall and room decor feels & looks luxury, everything is clean. The beds are so comfortable and the staff really make you feel welcome. I’ve been here two years running for my birthday and will continue to stay here in the future as I just love the place! They left me a happy birthday card and bottle of wine which was really nice

Super Lage in Shoreditch, viele hippe Lokale in der Nähe, viele Busse fahren in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, U-Bahn ist auch nicht weit weg, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super ausgestattetes Zimmer und außerordentlich bequeme Betten. Durften ebenso eine Stunde früher einchecken und haben sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise unser Gepäck bei der Rezeption verstauen dürfen.

gegenüber vom Hotel sind ein paar Lokale, die man leicht im Zimmer hören konnte, eher London-spezifisches Problem: relativ kleine Zimmer für das gegebene Geld

It was an amazing stay all round. Staff were friendly, very clean and spacious, also gave us complimentary cocktails for my birthday. Provided water carafe and a refillable water station in the hallway to fill up as many times as needed.

Het is een mooi nieuw hotel, op 6 minuten lopen van het metrostation Old Street. Moderne schone kamer. Fijn dat we uiteindelijk toch direct konden inchecken. Lekker ontbijt en daar was het personeel wel vriendelijk. En tegenover het hotel zit restaurant Gloria, echt een aanrader om te gaan eten! En op een kwartiertje lopen zit de Vintage Market.

We werden koeltjes ontvangen. Het eerste wat gezegd werd was dat we niet eerder konden inchecken, omdat het hotel de avond ervoor helemaal vol zat. Dat is niet erg, maar de manier waarop was niet zo vriendelijk. Toen was er ineens toch een kamer beschikbaar, wel een andere kamer dan we hadden gereserveerd. We hebben hiervoor gekozen, zodat we snel door konden gaan naar de bus richting Harry Potter Studios. Er was totaal geen Kerstsfeer in het hotel, super jammer!

we were "upgraded" to a bigger (wheelchair accessible) room, with practically 0 storage space, bathroom zero shelving or places to put any of our stuff, flor dirty. We payed the Hotel cost at the reception upon the arrival via credit card - the hotel was charging various amounts every night of our stay afterwards. When we complained, it seemed as they have already been aware of this kind of problems, due to a system "bug". No big apologizes....
