Location Comfortable

For a family of 4 there were only 3 dining chairs, 2 mugs, not enough hanging space for wet towels. Car parking on site was not included and needed pre booking at a cost even though there was an allocated parking space for the apartment

Easy self check in, the apartment was good, has a washing machine (leaving a little bit of washing soap would be nice), has split air conditioning in each room, has a balcony and the area is overall silent and 10 minutes walking from the beach.

The host was not very empathic, not even to let us park half an hour the day we left just to put the luggage in the car. Some of the lights in the house were broken making it dark.

the elevator was really handy

Perfect location: in the center, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We booked a parking lot from the host and it was very comfortable to have the car in private parking lot, just under the apartment building. Easy check in procedure - the keys were left in lockbox, host was always reachable on WhatsApp or phone. We had no troubles finding the place with directions which were sent by host to us. We enjoyed our stay.

Air conditioning and internet

No parking, nobody to talk about, very bad smell and dirty in the flat, very bad view, very dirty bedsheets, other items very old and some of them broke.

The location of the flat, the easiness and helpfulness of the staff, the silence and overall state of the flat.

The bathroom does need a serious cleaning (especially around the corners....), there is a very poor pression in the shower; it is pretty easily improvable with special water-sparing shower heads. They are neither hard to get, nor expensive, so, an easy and small investment would help with this.

Lack of hot water in bathroom.

II didn't like that the parking was paid per day
