Мы бронировали номер с видом на город и балконом, это было отмечено в описании. Но в итоге не было ни вида, ни балкона 🥲
В ванной очень холодно! Нет обогрева никакого и полы ледяные.

Good and friendly staff! receptionists were always active and ready to help in case I wanted to know or needed something, good breakfast and overall a quiet and comfortable place to stay.
The rooms were too comfortable! Joking aside, everything was good, and there wasn't much to complain about. I would recommend staying here if you want a quiet and comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good! (Multiple Choices) Comfortable Lobby: Just Sit in the Winter and Enjoy a Cup of Coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and quick receptionists if you need anything.

Прекрасный отзывчивый персонал, по всем моим просьбам ( вызвать такси, информационная помощь по городу, дополнительные вопросы) помогали и поддерживали.
Повар Белла просто находка и украшение отеля, большая ей благодарность и все парни с рецепшина всегда приходили на помощь.
Уборка производилась очень хорошо, спасибо большое) но на тумбочке лежали беруши и видимо их посчитали за мусор, после уборки больше я их не видела)

В номере было ужасно холодно, кондиционер не справлялся, хоть и был выключен на максимум
Был неприятный запах из душевой. На стенах какая-то грязь. Не было бутылок с водой и даже возможности купить их где-то поблизости вечером. Номер был на двоих, но халат только один
После завтрака мужу стало плохо (возможно им он и отравился) и мы не могли уехать из отеля следующие несколько часов. Хотя мы были почти единственными постояльцами, нам пришлось платить половину стоимости за поздний выезд. Персонал не предложил никакой помощи, когда человеку было плохо
Очень не советую этот отель. Соотношение цена/качество меня совершенно не устроили

Good view, location. Bath in bedroom was quite good.
Bathrobes are very small in size, and kinda fatshaming. In shower between shower cabin and sink is so small space you barely can reach the toilet if you aren’t so slim. Everything in hotel is for slim, skinny people. Also administration told us before stay that we could stay till 2pm for late check out. But during leave they knocked on the door at noon and told us to leave. Shampoo and shower-gel was so low quality it dehydrated all the skin and hair.

Staff was incredibly nice and hospitable! Thanks to Johny we were able to order food online, also he told us all information that we needed to enjoy our vacation in Tbilisi. The room was absolutely clean and fresh. We would love to stay here next time.

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and cozy place, pleasant atmosphere, everything that may be needed is there.
The room is incredible, spacious, clean and functional. The way the room is structured is very convenient. Air conditioning was a lifesaver.
People working there are amazing, kind, understanding and very cheerful. Every time we faced one of the employees, it felt like a mood booster :)
This hotel will always be a big part of our happy memories about Georgia and its hospitality. Highly recommended!
