Excellent location!

The hosts were wonderful and the apartment was in an ideal location (within minutes of a lively pedestrian area of Toulouse - Les Carmes - with plenty of restaurants, shopping, bars, etc). The apartment appears to have been newly renovated and was cute and clean.

The apartment is in the basement of a building (this could have been communicated) and the windows were at/below ground level. The street is busy and even with the windows closed, the noise of cars and trucks driving by was very loud, even throughout the night. There is no AC, so to cool the place, the windows must be opened, meaning everyone can see and hear everything you do (and you can't leave them open at night due to street noise, mosquitoes and view into the apartment). As an aside, there was basically no hot water (would run out when showering after five minutes - when using warm water and running at a dribble), even after turning up the water heater. This has been reported to the property owner and will hopefully be fixed. The apartment was cute, and did have two separate bathrooms and bedrooms. If the hot water had worked properly, and if the apartment was on a higher floor, it would have been a perfect stay.

A wonderful apt, very comfortable, 2 lovely bedrooms and great living area, perfect for 2 couples. It reminded me of the entrance to a building in a James Bond movie, plain door, down a plain corridor, to another simple looking door, which when opened houses a fabulous apartment! Close to supermarket and local shops/restaurants. The hosts are wonderful and helpful.

the property was subterranean, and it wasn’t said on the apartment description. it was super cold inside the apartment. The mattresses and pillows were in very bad shape, compressed and deformed, making impossible to having a good night of sleep. We paid 2 nights but couldn’t stay the second night. We left and the owner refused to give us a refund. Also couple days before our stay they requested a $200 deposit.

Nathalie was very friendly and helpful. The home was very well set up for hosting. Layout was nice. We were also happy with the kitchen equipment/ware. The location was excellent. There were a few games that the kids could play.

Phenomenal location - on the riverside and very close to the city centre

The lounge are could have been more comfortable - only a 2 seat sofa for an apartment that could sleep 6 people.

Was all good, especially on the river and with the fabulous bridge just a few hundred metres up the road.

All good. What have been great to be on the 1st floor, so pedestrians couldn't look into the rooms
