Loved the decoration and the location was so close to the Harry Potter studios so perfect for our little trip away! Also the hosts were fantastic
The front door really needs fixing, the front garden lets it down as we had a little panic when we arrived. It’s a shame as the rest of the stay was so good but we were left worried the door wasn’t properly secured

Appartement niet helemaal voorzien op 5 personen. Er zijn maar 4 stoelen aanwezig.

The property was very close to the Warner brother studio’s and we weren’t disappointed when we got here .
Everything is clean and very homely.
Games and DVDs for the children, kitchen with washing machine and cooking facilities (tea,coffee and milk provided )
Bedrooms and bathroom were clean and very well decorated .
We were here as a surprise for our daughters 11th birthday and when we arrive there was a cake and balloons waiting for her all provided by the owners (Chris and Maria . )

The children loved the Harry Potter themed home, with the accessories and games for the children to play.
Great location. Just a short drive to the Harry Potter studios and to Watford Junction train station to travel to Central London.

The beds were very comfortable. There were loads of HP games. There also was a box of biscuits. We felt very welcome. Everything was very clean and well taken care off.

Was very close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour. We could binge out on the Harry Potter Movies 🤩 we had a box of welcome cookies. We could wash a few of our things - which was great in the middle of our UK trip. A great love of details
A few hooks or rails to hang out used towels would have been nice.

Everything was perfect for our happy potter vacation
If anything would only be that it’s a first floor flat and I have hooliganism for kids and they are heavy footed and I felt bad for people below listening to them run around

We loved how magical the house felt! It felt like we were surrounded by magic. The visitor books were a lovely touch and it was great to see all of the lovely drawings others had done. Thank you for the biscuits - they were very yummy!! There is a tesco less than a 5 minute walk away and the Warner Brother Studio Tour is not even 5 minutes away by car. We did manage to find on street parking, however I can imagine it gets very busy at certain times of the day.
Not necessarily a complaint - just to let others know that the bunk beds are definitely more aimed towards children and we needed to move a mattress to the floor as it was wobbly going up (under an adults weight), however we did manage to get 2 adults sleeping comfortably on the mattresses.

Great location for Harry Potter studios and wonderfully decorated in Harry Potter theme. Outstanding cleanliness throughout. All of the little details were amazing and added to the whole trip.

Excellent accommodation close by to the Harry Potter studio. Fabulous communication from the hosts and lovely touch of birthday cake and banner for my boyfriends birthday.

No fault of their own, but be mindful of parking as someone let our tyres down as a prank. Thankfully taxi’s nearby so didn’t ruin our stay.

A very clean tidy apartment of which we all enjoyed. The kids really enjoyed all the Harry Potter features
Not much to dislike really but if was to be picky could do with a larger sofa in the main room to suit a family of four

Brilliant house - fully kitted out with lots of Harry Potter stuff. Lots of attention to detail! The DVDs are all fine (previous reviewer said they didn't work - they just needed a little wipe)

The whole apartment was clean, the Harry Potter touches are amazing the kids loved them. The hosts went above and beyond and decorated for my daughters birthday and even got her a cake. We loved it all. Thank you.

We stayed here as we were off to the studios the next day....the apartment was nice and would have been brilliant if we had kids ....and the cake was a nice thought thankyou
I thought the front garden let the place down, but I'm a gardener so it's the first thing I noticed...

The theming throughout was amazing! As well as having the films and books there. Perfect location to the studios.
The water pressure was a bit low.

The shower - the water pressure was minimal and more like a mist than a shower.
