Très bien situé près de l'UF et de Santa Fe College, sur 3 lignes de bus, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants, du centre commercial Oaks, du centre médical régional de Floride du Nord et du prochain UF Health!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was very clean and roomy even with multiple beds in the rooms. The check in and out process was super simple and the smart lock system made it easy to come and go. The shower pressure was really good. A lot of attention to detail and efforts to make the stay comfortable were very apparent. We will look forward to staying at this property again in the future when we visit our college student.

Rented this apartment for 2 weeks for work. Close to the hospital. Had everything I needed. Adding the black shades were great.
Loved having laundry available.

People in the appointment above are extremely loud all night. Up to 5am. So you won't sleep
The light at the front door outside is so bright it's like 8am all night in the bedroom and living room so you won't get sleep

Dog ate 2 roaches
1 roach found in bathroom bag we got home on lint roller (thank god I cleaned everything as soon as we got home)
We tried to use the pool after being at the fields all day.... black algae, so you can't swim

It was clean, spacious and well laid out. The tv was a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. We would stay again.

The interior of the unit could have been cleaner; cobwebs on the walls and very dirty baseboards. However, the kitchen, bedding, etc. was all in good order, but I would recommend a review of the housekeeping. I would also recommend providing information regarding the television cable or satellite. Our biggest issue with this property was the noise caused by the neighbors. This is a ground floor unit. The unit directly above us had a group of kids that appeared to be traveling for sports. They ran, jumped, and did whatever until midnight one night, and until 4 am the second night. It literally rattled things in our unit. There was also a 4 am screaming match from one of the next door neighbors. I realize that the unit owner or property manager has no control over this; however, I would not book this unit again because of the noise.

Easy to find, host was great in communicating and gave us a fantastic review - which we deserved lol but I still feel bad saying anything negative in return I just want to be honest. The place itself was very clean so it wasn’t that, but some of the stuff in was a little worn.
Obviously, we weren’t expecting a five star hotel but I do feel that with minimal investment they could make it much nicer. Scratches on the nightstand, ratty futon cover, the floor mat at the food of the bed was dirty, that kind of thing. We had only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and couldn’t find any others. Overall, I am pickier than most people so maybe I notice things that others would not care about. Like I said, it was clean and the host was great with communication and the location was easy to find.

The building is old but well kept. The location is not he best. The backyard is facing mall parking lot. The beds were not comfortable. Lots of parking space. We stayed there for my daughter's graduation from UF. It served the purpose but I won't stay there in future

We have a project at the UF campus and our technicians said this was a great location and not far for them to drive. House is clean and cozy. Will book this house again for sure.

Space was great and very clean. We booked just for a quick night as a place to sleep and then back on the road in the am. Unfortunately as seen in other reviews, the upstairs neighbor is extremely loud and this went on until about 5am! Beds were comfortable but unfortunately very little sleep!

Nice property. Apartment building has backyard It is not fenced in but ample room for pet. Good parking in front of building. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet for proximity to I75.

This was a perfect place to spend a weekend visiting with my grandkids. Very comfortable and clean. Only downside was the tv - hard to figure out and time consuming so we just gave up trying.

Overall experience was fine. There were some Wi-Fi issues and daily audio and video outages with the TV. Mostly lasting just a few minutes so we overlooked it. Read previous poster reviews about the noisy upstairs neighbor so we knew there might be some nights when our sleep was interrupted. Turned out that only 3 of 7 nights those were loud (we heard the bowling ball sound too) so it was ok. Apartment was a good home base for the holiday and son’s wedding so it worked out fine for us.

Our family rented this property for Thanksgiving. It was exactly like the pictures we saw and slept all 9 of us comfortably. It was conveniently located to restaurants and local shopping. I would recommend bringing earplugs though. The neighbors upstairs are VERY loud at night. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will definitely consider renting this property again.

This place is away from most of the action in Gainesville, but close enough that getting there isn't a chore. Yenni provided us with all of the basics needed to have a stress-free stay each night. Would recommend to out-of-town folks visiting for Gainesville/UF events looking for a quiet getaway.

The place was very well-kept and nice. I had an issue however with a neighbor upstairs who was running around all night until 4am dropping what sounded like bowling balls on the floor. Needless to say I did not sleep at all, which really messed up my next day. The host offered to move me to another location, but it would have cost me more money. I didn’t love that and logistically it wasn’t possible.
I’m told that the noise isn’t a common thing. I guess I can only speak from my own experience. If a quiet nights sleep is of paramount importance to you, then it might be worth discussing that in advance with the host to ensure you have peace and quiet.

We used this apartment when we moved our freshman into her dorm. Very easy to find and check in was seemless. Excellent communication with owner.
Loved having a Starbucks so close by. Would have liked more towels and newer/more cookware, but sufficient. Very spacious.

Convenient off highway
Exactly what we were looking for off the highway. Easy checkin and good communication. Ground floor unit- people above were very noisy stomping around for much of the night and early in the morning.

Convenient location
The location is very convenient to access many parts of Gainesville. The host was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property was clean and as described. Stayed with two adults and two kids. Everyone had plenty of space and were very comfortable. Overall great stay.

Happy to accommodate two couples with amenities at fraction of the cost of a hotel. Has all the necessities and clean. Simple check in and check out.

Comfortable and Cozy
We felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. Nicely decorated, and the place was clean. Plenty of storage space, and the neighbors were pretty quiet. Great location, near stores, Starbucks, and a mile or so to the interstate. Will stay again at this or other properties with this owner.

Spotless Property
The property was spotless (this is the most important thing for me and my family). Easy instructions on how to get and enter the property. Everything was as described on the website. I visited Gainesville because my daughter is on UF, I'm planning to stay at the property in the near future.

Well worth it....
Be aware that the upstairs neighbors walk heavily ALL HOURS of the night, literally. The decor was simple and cute. Couch and beds are super comfortable, like memory foam kinda. Bring your own pillows, the ones there are pretty flat. Other than that, it was comfortable and owner is super accommodating. I WILL be renting again in near future...

The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. I hate to complain but It was weird there were plastic plates instead of ceramic and one was warped and appeared to have been microwaved by a previous guest. Also no washcloths were provided. This was explained ahead of time but was the first time I experienced this. Me and my 2 friends were unable to figure out how to use the TV remote and the instruction manual made no sense to us. The host was available for a quick reply when needed.
