Prenez plaisir à utiliser le café Dunkin 'Donuts et l'essentiel pour le corps Dove. Profitez du plein air sur votre terrasse privée avec barbecue à gaz et foyer sur table avec guirlandes! Nous sommes situés au centre, près de Raymond James Stadium, Amature Works, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Ybor City, et à proximité des deux autoroutes: I-4 et I-275.

We were a group of six adults and the house was comfortable for us. Some of the pictures in the listing are inaccurate. Corporation owned. Great central location in Tampa close to everything. Expensive for what it was but overall a nice stay.

We had a group that came in to help with the boat show and the home worked out well. It’s an older home but it was clean and laid out great for 8-10 of us over the weekend. Will try to use it again for our next event.

Perfect location nice area close to everything

We came down for a sports event (participating in) held just outside of tampa and needed a place to house 12/13 people. This was the perfect place - plenty of space, lots of beds and a nice size kitchen (x2). We were close to downtown and dinner options as well as only a short drive (~20 mins) to our event.
Communication with the host was excellent and response time was quick.
We'd come back to this house for future events for sure.

We came down for a sports event (participating in) held just outside of tampa and needed a place to house 12/13 people. This was the perfect place - plenty of space, lots of beds and a nice size kitchen (x2). We were close to downtown and dinner options as well as only a short drive (~20 mins) to our event.

We'd come back to this house for future events for sure.

We went to Tampa for a show. Needed a place close by. I was extremely nervous pulling up to the home. It looks kike the picture but the neighborhood is a bit tough. I did not feel safe while we were there and could not wait to leave.
The house was fine inside. My other disappointment was I wanted to enjoy the outdoor fire on the porch. It was out of propane. I called to ask about it. She responded right away but said propane is not included. What?!?! So as a rental in a strange neighborhood, I’m supppsed to find a place to get propane and bring a full tank with me?!?! That’s crazy. They are using the outdoor fire as a lure but it doesn’t work. Neither does the outdoor grill if we had wanted to use that.
Next time I will stay somewhere else.
