private party in the bar area on a Sat night which had people partying outside the hotel until 3 am keeping guests awake in their rooms.

it was a nice retro inspired room. They put us in a room located to where they were doing heavy construction. So first think 7AM we heard drilling,slamming and workers on the roof all day long. The hotel itself is convenient and clean.

Location and comfortable beds, restaurant on site is pretty good.

There's no iron for clothes, microwave and mini fridge.

Location and service was great. Loved loved all the plants. It added an ambiance to the lobby and restaurant. Very Chic and we even had a real plant in our room. Also loved the color scheme.

It was a little noisy but it was also completely booked.

Most of the staff was great, very personable, friendly and helpful!

The hot water took 20 minutes to get hot. Room had 1 chair for 2 people.

I have to admit when we first spotted the Wayfinder from the highway, I was disappointed at it's location. Yet, the reset design was so cool I was very intrigued and always found many details to delight me. The room was not cookie cutter and it felt more elevated because of the design, materials and the eco slant The lobby area and the restaurant options and quick to go snacks were excellent. I would love to go back during the summer.

Location is convenient to highway but not a good ambiance. Check in folks were nice and they were very busy. Maybe covid related but amenities were not great for the price. Would have expected nicer decor for the price of the restaurant.

I left my iPad in room when I checked out in morning. I realized this that same evening but we were too far away to return. I called hotel and the 'find my' app indicated it was still there. They said they'd have house keeping call me back but no one ever did or even acknowledge they located it or not.

The rooms are large and comfortable with an updated bathroom as well. Location was great but not walking distance to downtown Newport. Just a quick drive though and plenty of green space for my dog to walk.

The bed was super comfy, linens were soft and freshly laundered. Overall Funky vibe decor, nice attentive friendly staff.

The hotel " facilites fee" what does that even mean? The pool was closed and thete was a small workout room, we didnt use.

Hotel was new colorful, lively and clean.

The room size was adequate but without any type of storage in the bedroom or in the bathroom. Quiet section of hotel; other side had roofing being done.

We were not told of the No-entrance policy meaning our room was not made up once during our three night stay. Other guests' dishes and glassware were left in the hall for more than 24 hours. We did not get clean towels until the third day. There was a $15 daily Activities fee added to our bill. No one could give a proper explanation: Parking? (that was not listed as a fee) Breakfast? (we were to get $15 complimentary toward a prepared breakfast, no one wanted to allow that and had to argue for that) WiFi? The Pool? (not even open!) Since we used Booking.com and prepaid for our stay, we had little recourse for the issues experienced.

Our room was very clean & comfortable. Loved the rain shower.

There was not enough staff for breakfast so we went elsewhere.

Fun mid century decor. Reasonable rate.

Awful location, directly off a highway ramp & across the street from an abandoned casino.
