Price was great, especially for Newport in the summer. Close to everything.

Although clean, the room had some issues. The front door stuck. Really had to put your shoulder into it to get it open. The bathroom door knob was loose. Poor water pressure in the shower. Outlets between beds didn't work. There was a door to an adjoining room. You could clearly see into the other room thru the edges of the door. Breakfast was free but it was obvious some food items had been displayed for a few days. Orange juice was almost brown and smelled sour and after a tiny taste it was.

The breakfast was fine and for 2 of the 3 mornings of our stay we were the only guests in the dining room. Nice selection of food.

This has nothing to do with Rodeway but I will never use Booking.com again nor would I recommend it to my friends. Their nightly rate was almost $100 more than going directly to the hotel website.

Coffee was good. Could be more variety of food .

There were no chairs to sit on to watch TV, good thing we had our beach chairs to sit on.

My credit card information was stolen by one of the staff, and fraudulent charges was made on it the very next day

The Wi-Fi didn’t work & the staff didn’t come to check it.

Room very clean and bed was excellent.

For the money, included breakfast was basic continental and should be stated although wasn't a surprise. Bathroom nice but very small with no counter space at all, not even vanity counter around sink, nowhere to place toiletries and such.

The location was very close to everything we wanted to see

Room wasn’t cleaned when requested and we had to ask for clean towels and hallway was really warm and the breakfast was congested it would be more functional if the coffee tea was at end with everything to flow more everyone was stuck near toaster

TV didn’t work properly. had staff work on it for 20 minutes but still couldn’t change channels. then ac unit stopped, so no air, or sound to help eliminate road noise since we had to open window. tried to call the front desk numerous times no one picked up ended up calling another number and left a message. No response! in the morning we did talk to hotel staff and ask if we could get a discount on the rate for the inconveniences. Staffing though we’re very nice we will see if booking or the hotel can adjust the rate that we paid would appreciate anything. if you or the hotel could let me know, that would be great.
