Bienvenue dans les cabines d'Opie. Ces cabines confortables sont des cabines de chemin de fer centenaires entièrement restaurées, situées près de la rivière Comal. La rivière Comal est à distance de marche et peut être vue depuis le pont. Texas Tubes est situé à côté pour un plaisir de plein air facile. Chaque cabine est décorée de façon unique avec son propre thème. Les 8 cabines sont reliées à un magnifique pont, ce qui rend la réservation de plusieurs cabines plus pratique pour les grands groupes et les fêtes. À distance de marche du Wurstfest et du centre-ville historique de New Braunfels.
Chaque cabine peut accueillir 1 à 4 personnes. Ces cabines ont une cuisine de style "petite maison", des draps supplémentaires et des ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis. Il n'y a pas de machine à glaçons ni de lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse communautaires fournies.

Well run, clean little cabin with a great location. Felt safe (well lit) and lots of deer to hang out with! Close to downtown area and water park. Easy check out instructions too (nothing out of the ordinary).

Me and my Wife really enjoyed the cabin. We will come again. We could tell a lot was put into the way it looks. I wish the view was a little better. That hotel next door is an eye sore. All in all I would recommend it to a friend. It just way too cool.

Our group rented 5 of the 8 cabins, we all wanted to stay together but wanted our individual space and these were PERFECT! The host was quick to answer any questions and the cabins were precious and CLEAN!!!
Everyone fell in love with the spot and we’re already planning our trip back next year. I’ll forever recommend these cabins❤️

All of the cabins are so adorable next to each other! Ours was in the front and the outside area is beautiful. Deer are all around and you can walk up to them. There are plenty of chairs and tables outside if you want to relax with some people. Even our porch had a couple of chairs and the host left out bug spray for us!
On to the inside, and it somehow got even better. It has the perfect layout for a cabin. Perfect sized kitchen area. Living room was roomy as well. There's a pull-out couch inside the sofa, and even when it was out there was still plenty of room. Bathroom is gorgeous. The bedroom is cute as well, and the bed is soooooo comfortable! There's an AC unit on each side of the cabin and they had no problem keeping the entire place cold.
The host was also very communicative and was very helpful. Not only that, but it's maybe a minute walk to the river.
Overall, my wife and I are already planning a visit to come back. This cabin helped tie the knot on a perfect weekend getaway. If you don't make your reservation here then you are making a mistake!

We really love the cabins, they are very well maintained and perfect for a weekend getaway. You cannot get a better location, it is perfect for floating the river. The host is very welcoming and responsive. We stay here every time we are in town and will continue to!

The absolutely perfect place for a Wurstfest stay or even for a regular getaway. Located in walking distance to the Main Street with bars & restaurants. Very clean and so cozy. After our first night my husband and I knew we would book it again.

This was the last float for us this year and our first time staying at Opie’s Cabins. It was the perfect size and perfect location if you’re wanting a cozy getaway. The property is clean and the parking is worth the price of admission. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved staying here! The cabin was clean, and decorated really nice. Our host Veronica was very pleasant to accommodate us. We loved that it was close to Texas Tubes. We walked 100 ft. to go tubing on the beautiful Comal River. Didn’t have to worry about parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Can’t beat it, location, cleanliness, friendliness. We really enjoyed our stay with our six year old. We will definitely be returning for the shabby chic cottage!

This place is absolutely so great if you have plans on tubing this summer or even just being near the downtown New Braunfels area. The home is absolutely adorable and I will definitely be coming back!

Lovely, cozy, cabins! Fully renovated-100 years old never looked so new and clean! Perfect for our 2 night stay! If you are looking to float the Comal, it’s the perfect location, right beside a well known tubing outfitter, no driving necessary! Only 3 miles from Gruene! Also, a great place to stay if you have a bigger group but like your own space, as there are several cabins for rent. Book fast, they fill quick!

We had a big group that stayed in the bigger house so we were able to have our privacy but still be with our friends. House was so cute and clean! We got to walk down to the tube area and they allowed us to float as many times as we wanted without paying extra since we were staying at the cabins. Will def be coming back

It was our first time here and we have already booked again! In walking distance to two tubing company’s to float the river. Very convenient! Check in was easy, had a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc) bathroom (towels and toilet paper & extra blankets. We got to meet the owner and she was very sweet! Love these cabins and we have recommended them to all of our friends and family! We had a great stay!

I was surprised how much bigger it seemed since it resembles a tiny house. It was spotless, had everything we needed! Very convenient to walk to float!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This cabin was the perfect size for our little family of 3. It was clean and provided all of the amenities we needed for a short stay. Located directly behind a large tube rental outfit and under a mile drive from Schlitterbahn. Veronica was very responsive and check out instructions were clear and easy. The cabin was lovely!!! The only problem we had was connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Veronica with the management team tried her best to resolve. Although we were unable, we did have a strong connection through our own phone Wi-Fi. She was quick to answer every and all texts pertaining to the problem. Cabin was clean, comfortable and cool. In walking distance to Texas Tubes, which allowed us to float as many times as we wanted in one day with no extra fees because we were staying at Opies cabins!!!

Wish I could have given 10 stars on cleanliness and communication with owner. Veronica, is such a welcoming hostess. We are already planning our trip back with more family. And the proximity to Texas Tubing is literally 20 ft from the cabins.

Fabulous Experience
Stayed for 3 nights with our family of 4. Absolutely adorable and enough space for all. Being so close to tube rentals and historic parts of town were the best!

The cabin was above and beyond our expectations. It was so convenient to Texas tubes to hop right into the river. Parking was great, grills were great. Overall great experience I would definitely come back and stay again.

Absolutely lovely stay!!
What a spectacular little cabin! I needed a self retreat with all amenities to just relax and not have to leave and boy Veronica surely did not disappoint! And all of the eateries and shopping were walking distance so I never took my car out the whole weekend! I definitely recommend Opies Cabins and will be back again ❤️
