Cozy Cabins near the Comal River- Cabin #3- Texas Theme. Walk to Wurstfest
Bienvenue dans les cabines d'Opie. Ces cabines confortables sont des cabines de chemin de fer centenaires entièrement restaurées, situées près de la rivière Comal. La rivière Comal est à distance de marche et peut être vue depuis le pont. Texas Tubes est situé à côté pour un plaisir de plein air facile. Chaque cabine est décorée de façon unique avec son propre thème. Les 8 cabines sont reliées à un magnifique pont, ce qui rend la réservation de plusieurs cabines plus pratique pour les grands groupes et les fêtes. À distance de marche du Wurstfest et du centre-ville historique de New Braunfels.
Chaque cabine peut accueillir 1 à 4 personnes. Ces cabines ont une cuisine de style "petite maison", des draps supplémentaires et des ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis. Il n'y a pas de machine à glaçons ni de lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse communautaires fournies.
Limite de 2 véhicules par cabine, s'il vous plaît.

This is my fourth or fifth time to stay at these cabins. It has become a tradition to stay here for Memorial Day each year. The cabin has everything you need and is walking distance from the river. I'm already looking forward to next year.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at these cabins for Wurstfest. Hope to continue to stay here every year. Easy walking distance to downtown and to Wurstfest. Very clean and quiet. We love staying here.

This was our 2nd time staying at the cabins. Didn’t have to leave the whole Labor Day weekend. Texas tubes is a short walk. Gas grills, and picnic tables and chairs to sit outside. We will be coming back next year!

We came for a family float trip, we rented 4 of the 8 cabins. These are the perfect little places to stay. Everyone has their own space but can still be close. They were exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Any concerns we had were taken care of immediately. These cabins are right up the hill from Texas tubes which is super convenient. We had a great time!

Only stayed 2 nights but would have stayed forever! We tubed the comal & just enjoyed the hill country air! We saw deer & birds all around our cozy cabin! The cabins are new, clean & well appointed! We felt right at home there!

Veronica is AMAZING. Talk about a great American woman - she's all that - could not have asked for a greater host. Booking another vaca to Opie's Cabins ASAP. It's the ONLY place to stay in New Braunfels. Don't even think about another. She has all the bases covered - Cabin is perfect for a couple and she has everything you need. We overpacked unnecessarily.

This place has everything you need. A bed, shower, kitchen and a couch. Oh, and A/C. Walking distance from the river. I recommend to bring your own tube so you don't have to stand in line. Great for group if you can grab a few cabins. There is a picnic table to gather at, but your own place to retire to. I stayed here twice and plan on doing it again next year.

Perfect place for a group gathering. Had all the amenities you could ask for and super clean. 100 ft from the river and a 3 minute walk to the bars. Def will reserve again.

We stayed in the Texas themed cabin, it was very cute, clean and has everything you might need. Manager was extremely helpful while booking and throughout the stay. We walked into town to the various bars or restaurants every day, great location! Would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay from the communication with Veronica to the cleanliness of the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We walked to Texas Tubes to float the river and came back to the cabin for lunch before heading back down. Would be great for couples with small kids. My only recommendation is a few more places for storage - hooks for bags, shelves for food/supplies in the kitchen, etc.

This place was perfect for us! Next to Texas tubes, easy parking, very clean, super cute! We were in the Texas cabin and we loved it! Manager was awesome and gave us some history on Opis cabins. Our bed was so comfortable, cold ac. We had our own porch with picnic table and umbrella. We would definitely stay here again. Your home away from home, quite and deer included.

Arrived, had a great time! Had a quick visit with property owner and her grandchild! Both were super sweet!!! Location was perfect and cabin was adorable!!!!

Last minute Vacay!
We stayed at the cute little Comal Haus for a last minute trip with my kids before school starts. It was perfect and near all the places we wanted to go. Veronica, the manager, was so helpful and available if I had any questions. I highly recommend these cabins for a weekend getaway!

Lovely spot. Clean and nicely decorated with plenty of bedding, dishes, towels, etc. I thought it would be noisy 4th of July weekend; it wasn't at all. Perfect location... right by the Comal river and walkable to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome little cabin! The location was great. We walked downtown (about a 12 min walk) and if we didn't walk, we drove. Everything was less than 5 mins away that we wanted to go to. It was a perfect weekend getaway!
