Cozy Cabin near the Comal River-Cabin #6- Shabby Chic Theme. Walk to Wurstfest
Bienvenue dans les cabines d'Opie. Ces cabines confortables sont des cabines de chemin de fer centenaires entièrement restaurées, situées près de la rivière Comal. La rivière Comal est à distance de marche et peut être vue depuis le pont. Texas Tubes est situé à côté pour un plaisir de plein air facile. Chaque cabine est décorée de façon unique avec son propre thème. Les 8 cabines sont reliées à un magnifique pont, ce qui rend la réservation de plusieurs cabines plus pratique pour les grands groupes et les fêtes. À distance de marche du Wurstfest et du centre-ville historique de New Braunfels.
Chaque cabine peut accueillir 1 à 4 personnes. Ces cabines ont une cuisine de style "petite maison", des draps supplémentaires et des ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis. Il n'y a pas de machine à glaçons ni de lave-vaisselle. Laveuse et sécheuse communautaires fournies.
Limite de 2 véhicules par cabine, s'il vous plaît.

Very clean and tiny but was great for the weekend! Very close to the water and tube rental.

Honestly could not have asked for a better location. Texas tubes is literally a few feet away, and we even walked to the street with all the bats with no problem. Would even consider bringing a big geoup and renting each of the little cabins! Highly recommend staying here!!

The pullout bed is not comfortable at all. Used my blow up mattress because of the springs sticking me in the back and the bar across the back. Other than thaT it’s a lovely place. Would like to know about other cabins that have more beds instead of pullout couch.

Perfect location… just walk down to Texas Tubes! Super clean, extra cozy blankets, everything we needed!

We loved our stay! The cabins are beyond cute and the location is PERFECT. You are steps away from Texas Tubes to float the Comal, and walking distance from lots of bars and restaurants. We were also able to walk to fireworks for the 4th of July. We were visited by deer multiple times, and even saw babies! Truly can’t say enough good things about this place!

I understand why this place has such a high rating. It's even cuter than the pictures show. It was completely spotless. The location is just perfect to celebrate our daughter turning 12. No rowdy neighbors to worry about and we read that there are noise rules after 10 p.m. which we appreciate as we are all light sleepers. It was me and my boyfriend and our 2 kids aged 11 and 5 and the perfect size for us. Host gave us some tips for how to get on the water as we are first-timers. That was really nice. Deer came up to the property a couple of times per day and that was exciting to see. I wouldn't change a thing!

My 10 year old and I came down for Miranda Lambert & a mother daughter weekend. The host was so sweet, communicated well and even gave restaurant recommendations. This was the perfect size for the 2 of us, decorated so nicely. There’s no closet, but a plethora of hooks on the walls and hangers, we had no issues with it. We enjoyed coffee and watching the deer in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at these cabins for Wurstfest. Hope to continue to stay here every year. Easy walking distance to downtown and to Wurstfest. Very clean and quiet. We love staying here.

Our family looks forward to staying at Opies cabins each summer. We’ve stayed at 3 different cabins over the past few years and cannot say enough wonderful things about the location and accommodations. It’s such a great place to have a family or friend trip where every family have their or own space. We are already looking forward to next summer!

Veronica and her husband are the BEST. Hands down. Stay here without question. Cutest place - she's got everything covered. Don't worry about a thing. She's amazing.

The cabins were decorated beautifully! Bed were comfortable. Grass area to hang out was great! Everything was very clean and tidy! Close access to river and restaurants with in walking distance. Definitely a return visit in our future!

This rental was just enough space in a central part of town. It felt brand new and was meticulously clean. We enjoyed cornhole in the outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The property was so clean and nice and everything looked new and all decorated so cute! Location was on point being 2-3 minutes from Schlitterbaun and right beside river for entry access! The communication with property manager was easy and she was very accommodating when we wanted to drop bags off early with fast responses! We stayed in the shabby chic theme cabin and it was me and two small kiddos and it was perfect for the three of us! All I can say is just perfect and cozy!! Absolutely will go back next Schlitterbaun or river trip!!

The cabins were super cute! My daughter and I loved staying here and plan to do so again in the future! Whenever I had questions for Veronica, she replied in a timely manner. Even the cleaning ladies were super sweet!
The location was convenient to Texas Tubes so we didn’t have to drive anywhere to get access to the river.
My only suggestion, if you overpack like I do (lol), bring a wagon for less trips back and forth to the car!

Cute little cabins but very roomy. Great location and so close to Texas Tubes. Made our stay so easy. Check in was a breeze. Felt safe to come and go at anytime. Enjoyed seeing the deer walk around the property! Highly recommend these cabins.

River Float 2022
Easy access super close to Texas Tubes & you see lots of wildlife sitting on the deck in the evening. We saw a little fox & several deer 🦌 even a little baby deer. 😊
