Great little apartment in a busy location, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean, well equipped unit although some of the furniture (especially the lounge) is a little dated. There's no WiFi on the property. Handy to have off street parking. Thanks for a great stay!

This apartment has power points on only one side of the bed. A simple solution would be to put in a power board to provide power points to both sides. Unfortunately when I looked under the bed I found a discarded tissue, a sock and a take away coffee cup. Cleaning needs more work!

Property is very clean and in a super convenient central location. There was some noise from the street and business next door during the night. Note there is no WiFi which is a bit of a disappointment in this day and age. The clothes dryer does not work so after doing a load of washing in the machine there was no way to dry our clothes and I had to put them in a plastic bag to carry around on the remainder of our trip. This was not great as I planned around being able to wash at this point in our trip based on their being facilities at this property.

This is a lovely unit in a location that is close to food and shopping. Spacious and with everything you need. Will stay here again if in Ballarat.

Lovely and quiet location that was within walking distance of shops. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Only down fall was the dogs in the apartment next to us that barked alot and until very late at night..

Very nicely turned out apartment.
The only improvements that I could think of would be bedside tables and lamps in the second bedroom and wifi. Otherwise a lovely and convenient place to stay.

Close to shops, cinema and eateries!
Vawyn was friends and gave me all the information I required. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed any assistance while in Ballarat. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. So close to shops. We were able to shop, have lunch and a cuppa at the accommodation before visiting another store. Another sit down before walking to the cinema and out to tea. No need to move the car till after we walked to breakfast the next day. A great way to have time away from children while enjoying the food and entertainment of Ballarat with lots of stops back at our accommodation for cups of tea and reading my book. Fantastic!

Vawyn's place is excellently located in the middle of central Ballarat close to everything. It is modern and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Autumn stay for Ballarat Heritage Festival
A great, centrally-located apartment tucked just round the corner from the main street. Good eating venues literally within a minute or two walk, off-street parking specific to the apartment. Excellent communication with the property manager before we arrived, and during our stay. We come up at least annually to Ballarat and would certainly be looking to stay here again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Easy living
Great little apartment for my life partner and I stop stay in while visiting friends. The shower was amazing. Large enough for both of us and great pressure. Heater was so effective on that cold night under a blanket. Great location.

One issue ruined it.
Everything was fine with our two-night booking. However on the first morning, the hot water system failed. A call to the owner required a plumber to be called. Cold showers were had. Day two, and the same problem occurred. This time, it started working after ten minutes, but before another cold shower was had. The ongoing problem with the water heater ruins what would have been a perfect score.
