Property was decorated really cute, amenities were very nice, lots of subtle touches to make for a positive stay. Would stay here again.

Gregory and Miguel are fantastic hosts, they communicate early and respond quickly to questions. They helped accommodate us for an extra day due to some last minute changes. The place was beautiful and tastefully furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable.

We chose this location because of the price, proximity to where we would be working for the week, and the great reviews. The reviews are spot on. The place was very clean and comfortable. The extra touches like a fully stocked spice rack and baking supplies, extra toiletries, and a stocked laundry room made this feel like a home away from home.
I highly recommend this property.

Very nice basement apartment . Needed air mattress and couch to accommodate everyone . Unfortunately no bedding for those and air mattress deflated easily . A little small for a family with 5 children , as 3 of them were teens, Nicely furnished and great kitchen necessities! Washer / dryer small , but quick and very nice to use, really appreciated that . Host were quick to respond and kind. Little chilly fur summer basement sleeping . Upstair people had very late hours . All in all a good choice - for the length of stay and price .

It was very comfortable and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated - coffee, Q tips, lotion. The property managers were very attentive and respond to questions immediately. Highly recommend this homey rental!

We chose this property as a home base for our trip to Utah for our son's wedding. With activities ranging from Provo to Salt Lake to Ogden, this was the perfect base of operations. Location: great, easy to get to, central. Property: super comfortable, tastefully decorated, so much nicer than a couple of hotel rooms. We'd definitely come back.

My extended family of 5, 2 adults and 1 infant, had a very comfortable experience. We could all veg on the sofa together and watch shows. Kitchen was very adequate and loved the coffee bar! Bed was comfy and the bedding was soft. Pillows were great. Everything was fashionably remodeled and like new. Easy access via the garage to this basement rental. Only gripe was the inhabitants upstairs were kind of noticable with their walking and talking. But you're expecting that when you're in a basement I
suppose! Overall wonderful stay and would recommend.

We loved this gem. The 3 bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were all comfortable. There was a nicely stocked kitchen, with a coffee bar (loved that feature!), and some treats for us plus some sodas in the fridge. 2 full bathrooms with fluffy towels, and even makeup remover wipes, a spare toothbrush in case we forgot ours, Q-tips, and dental floss. The check in couldn't have been easier. Every time I had a question, I received a prompt reply. I was concerned about road noise, but when we went to bed it was soooo quiet. If I'm ever in Orem, it will be my go to place for sure.

There is no way to describe how wonderful this VRBO experience was for our family. The owners were so kind and helpful, and even brought a little gift for my son who is battling health issues.

We loved our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. Very well stocked. Kids loved the hot chocolate machine! We made breakfast there every day. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a week's stay. I had a little get together with my sisters at the property as well as spending time around Provo. The hosts were super responsive and friendly, the property was really clean and very tasteful, and the location for Provo / Orem activities perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Property!
Miguel and Greg were SO easy and wonderful to work with. We were blown away with the cleanliness. Honestly - it's THE cleanest property we've ever stayed at. You will not be disappointed, and we're confident any guest will be very impressed with the condition and ammenities. It's obvious they've put a lot of thought and care into the comfort of their guests. We will 100% stay there any time we visit Utah.

Lovely Basement Home
The space is incredibly cozy and clean. I stayed for a week with my family, and we had plenty of space and all the extras we needed. The beds are super comfy and the living room is perfect for a movie night.
Do be aware that this is a basement apartment. I never saw the folks staying upstairs, but you do hear them from time to time. I expected this and it wasn't a problem, but it is something to be aware of.

This is such a great unit. The layout makes it feel even larger than it is. Everything was updated and nice. I appreciated the coffee pods. The hosts were wonderful. They reached out after our first nice to make sure everything was ok (which it was). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the location made it easy for us to get around. One thing to note: the garage is only available for the most compact car, but we felt very safe leaving our car in the driveway. That minor thing would never stop me from renting this place again. Our whole family enjoyed it.

This place was just right. Super clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful design and decor.
Prime location with quick access to freeway, groceries, restaurants, canyon.
Owner is quick to respond and super helpful. This will be my first choice when I stay in the area.
