The Mill Hippie- Renovated in Aragon c.1940 Near Winthrop & Glencairn Garden
3 chambres 1. 5 moulin à bain maison située au coeur de Rock Hill. Deux pâtés de maisons de Glencairn Gardens, et moins d'un mile du centre-ville de Rock Hill et de Winthrop University. Récemment rénové. Un lit queen dans la chambre principale et deux lits doubles dans les autres chambres. Futon dans le salon ainsi qu'un pack et jeu disponible pour les plus petits voyageurs. Parking pour deux ou trois voitures dans l'allée. Animaux acceptés moyennant un supplément.

House is adorable. Loved everything about it except that it was quite warm in the house. But they had numerous fans to use. That is the ONLY downfall. It is as described, host was easy to get in contact with. Highly recommend

The house needs a lot of TLC. It appears nice, but we found it to have a lot of needs. Some of the lights didn't work, ceiling fans didn't work, and it was dusty. Gnats killed on the ceiling in master bedroom. The tub spout was broken and sprayed water all over. The linoleum appeared to be covering a hole right when you would get into the shower. The washer couldn't finish washing due to being off balanced. Dust on the fans. The AC could not keep up at 85 degrees. The couch and chairs looked dirty and very uncomfortable. The master bedroom comforter was stained. This house needs some TLC and if it did it would be ok. I would not stay here again.

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family group. It was on a quiet street very close to Winthrop University and walking distance to Glencairn Garden. We had four adults and two teens. It was plenty big for all of us. The only thing missing was sheets for the futon. (The notebook said they were in the secretary, but there weren't any.) We'd also recommend getting a new can opener and a pair of kitchen scissors. Other than that, we had everything we needed.
Communication before the trip was fine. We did reach out to see if we could enter the house early because we arrived early, but we didn't receive a response. Fortunately, we didn't need to make communication for anything else during the visit.

The Mill Hippie was the perfect house for a weekend in Rock Hill. The home is central to everything in town. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to be back again.

Quite comfortable and homey. Having stayed in small, older homes three years in a row in New Bern, this was immediately livable.

This property is really fun and funky. Bedrooms are great sized and front room has privacy screens. Kitchen is well equipped and the whole place just has a great vibe. Parking on the street is limited but the neighborhood seems safe and easy to find!

Very clean, had plenty of towels and other household items you may need. Highly recommend! Very cute little house. I just needed somewhere comfy and peaceful because I traveled to have surgery. It was perfect for me to rest.

We were looking to split our Florida drive, and we found this nice little house in Rock Hill. We really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. We had great communication from the property owners and the stay was comfortable and seamless. We also really enjoyed walking through Glencairn Gardens which is just down the street.

Nice spacious home! Best part is there is a pig on one side and roosters on the other. We come down to SC often to see family, will definitely say again!

Surprisingly more charming than description would indicate. Plenty of room. Very clean, well-equipped. Wish someone would set the rooster a bit later!
