The surrounding area was a bit unsavory but the hotel was nice

Personale alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Colazione discreta. La stanza era in ordine e profumata al nostro arrivo. Ho utilizzato la catena Holiday Inn Express nel proseguo del viaggio proprio per l'ottima impressioen ricevuta da questa struttura. Non posso dire che le altre siano state all'altezza di questa, però.

Sweet and simple check in my reservation was ready when I arrived and the customer friendly staff. A+

Everything was great I did find a juice bottle on the side of my bed I’m guessing house keeping missed it but my stay was over all excellent

Got overcharged, as later I saw 3 nights charges on my credit card, whereas I only stayed 2 nights

Unfortunately we were only in Roanoke one night before heading to Florida. The room was immaculate and very comfy. We did ask for a late check out and were awakened to tell us it was okay. We had gotten in late the night before and I was in a deep sleep when the phone rang. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel and remarkably clean!
