Lovely clean modern home

Great neighbourhood and very comfortable home! Property is exactly as described. Travis Wetland very close by with great birding! Excellent amenities close by; walking paths, restaurant, and grocery store. Very well equipped and excellent communication. Highly recommend!!

This home is beautiful. Everything we (myself and adult daughter) needed was available and of the highest standard, which made our holiday really enjoyable. Our meeting with the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend.

This was a delightful stay. Home is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. As a bonus, the outside areas have welcoming seating/eating areas and are neatly manicured. The location is convenient for getting into ChCh proper and, if necessary, to the airport. Garage parking is a great perk. You would not be disappointed with this property!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation was great. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms, spacious living areas and great outdoor seating. Would recommend it to others wanting to stay around Christchurch.

We had a great time staying at Anne's place. The house is large and very comfortable. As others have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice!

Lovely clean and comfortable home. Close to shops and Cafe and easy drive into town. Anne is a fantastic host, very accommodating and even messaged during a heatwave to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay here again!

Property was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Two lounges were a bonus with extended family and fully fenced garden was a lovely space for everyone. Highly recommended.

We travelled to NZ for a family Christmas and wanted to be central to everything. The home was perfect for this. Comfortable house with every everything you could possible need. Thanks for makinf our holiday east and enjoyable.

The house was nicer that we expected. The pics don’t do justice to the beauty of it. Very comfortable for our party of 6. House is well equipped for a long stay. It was a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again if we are in Christchurch.

My wife and I stayed five nights at this property and loved it. The pictures accurately show the property, and it's immaculately maintained. Communications with the owner were excellent, and she provided a lot of helpful information. We especially appreciated the modern kitchen and high-end appliances as we wanted to cook our own meals. The house has everything you'd require for cooking, and we appreciated the variety of pots suitable for Chinese cooking. An aside for those wanting to cook Asian food, try the Kosco market a short drive away for staples like noodles/rice, and for a small selection of Asian vegetables which are hard to find in NZ. This house makes a nice base from which to explore the Christchurch region, and one day we didn't feel like going anywhere and just enjoyed the quite solitude of the deck and multiple rooms with super comfy couches and chairs - a perfect vacation from the vacation. Aside from the more commonly mentioned sights, we really enjoyed trips to Sumner and New Brighton Beach for long beach walks. 100% recommended. Would love to return again.

This was lovely accommodation and we really enjoyed our stay here. Anne the owner was great and always quick with communication. Highly recommended it and would definitely consider staying here if avaliable when we return to Christchurch.

Anne's house is the perfect home away from home with everything we needed. The outdoor space especially was well used in the summer heat for kids playing and adults relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood.
