Me gustó que tenía cocina con los utensilios, aire acondicionado, estaba muy limpio y era muy tranquilo..

El ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado fue lo único un poco molesto...

Ubicación muy cómoda, muy fácil llegar a el y el alojamiento muy completo.
No coinciden las imágenes con el alojamiento final que se ofrece. Hay olor en el lobby y escaleras. Y dentro del alojamiento el perfume del aromatizante es muy fuerte que deja mal olor. El piso que nos tocó daba a la calle y se escuchaba mucho los autos, además se escucha mucho el ruido de otra gente dentro del establecimiento.

Posizione ottima vicino alla zona universitaria e comodo accesso alla metro e ai trasporti pubblici
Il terzo letto molto scomodo e non adatto ad un adulto. Odore sgradevole che si avvertiva all'ingresso della struttura e nei corridoi ma credo che sia un problema abbastanza comune negli appartamenti di Valencia.

Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht, es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Lage war top. Ich hab mich wie zuhause gefühlt.
Es hätte ein bisschen heller sein können, dies lag aber an der Lage des Zimmers (Richtung Hinterhof). Dadurch war es aber ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage an einer Hauptstraße.

Very noisy street, it was impossible to sleep with open windows. There was also a pump at air condition which also produced noise every 2 minutes. No elevator

Easy to find, close to metro, bus and train and store. Good communication.. Excellent service - the host immediatelly organised some repair work on the bathroom doors.

We as a family enjoyed very much during our stay in Valencia.
The sofa in living room could be more comfortable, if it is used also as a bed.

The size of the room is excellent, much larger than I imagine. The place is super clean, smells great and it's very accessible. The communication with the host was excellent, they always checked on us and give us the necessary info through WhatsApp.

you have almost everything to cook or to rest or to clean, i liked curtains of two layers so much and windows in different directions so you can have wind in your room. key in locker it is so useful!
the feeling that these jets of water can cut something if you increase the pressure of the water
and repairman was trying to get me out of my bed at 10am to fix it, forks weren't clean a bit

The apartment was very humid, it smelled bad all the time, and there was zero decor. Not the kind of place i was expecting for the money I paid. At least 30% less worth than the money. Especially since there was no human interaction therefore low personal costs.
