view from balcony had booked transfer bus but dropped us off at another stop it took us a while to find apartment

It was quite noisy in the nights when people come into the building. You can hear everything.

The apartments were on the small size with two adults and a child, (& a bany) albeit manageable with being organized. We were a large family split over four rooms The penthouse on the other hand was very good and more spacious with excellent sea views which extended to a spacious outdoor terrace.

Everything, it was our 3rd stay at the Ribera as it's just perfect

We arrived later than expected but Alberto was still within the property and was able to hand the keys to us . The apartment exceeded expectations in regard to space . The view of the sea from apartment ( 7th floor) was better than I had expected . Apartment was well appointed

Only comment is that it would be useful for there to be a ramp into the accommodation for ease of getting cases in / out . I would also like consideration to be given to also having charging points and storage for mobility scooter.

Lovely clean modern apartment with terrace which was ready for our early arrival. The terrace with sun loungers & patio set was in the shade all day, it suited us but may not suit everyone. Great quiet location just yards from everything.

The sound of someone in heels walking about late at night. Unsure if it was in the next apartment or the one above. Wouldn't put us off staying again though.

Friendly helpful staff. These apartments are always clean and well looked after. The location is perfect in the centre of the old town and minutes from bars restaurants and Poniente beach.

Fantastic location, close to the beautiful Old Town and about 15/20 minutes walk (a very pleasant walk) into the main strip/central benidorm. It was spotlessly clean. The apartment was stunning 😍 we had the penthouse. Very spacious, had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms. The showers were powerful and lovely. The view from the balcony was incredible. Such good value for money and cannot fault the apartment at all. We had a late check in and were provided with an app that let us in with an electronic key, this was really good and easy to use. We had very little to do with the staff, as they are only there 9am-5pm, but in my dealings with them they were very lovely and friendly. Highly recommended and if I visit Benidorm again, I will stay here.

Twice we came back from a day on the beach and our room door was left open. This was disappointing as we advised the staff after the first time and it happened again. It’s very unnerving when it happened the first time as we didn’t know if we had been broken into. Apparently it was the cleaner

We loved it here, apartment was spacious plenty of room for our family of 5. Location is perfect, very close to all amenities.

Great location right on the edge of the old town and just outside the madness. On the edge of a residential area within Benidorm. The rooms have been recently modernised and are immaculate, with great sized balconies and comfortable beds. The showers are powerful and refreshing, with all of the mod cons you need and were extremely quiet so you can get a good nights sleep there after a night on the town. Would definitely stay again!

I arrived late at night, so I had to download an app to get into the property (and collect the keys the next morning). This worked really well and was very convenient.
