Een prachtige locatie, en een prachtige appartement. Mooi interieur, 3 verdiepingen en uitzicht op een Antwerpse straat met restaurantjes. Voor 10 mensen is het misschien wat klein maar 4-6 kan prima. Het was zo'n 95% schoon en afgezien van wat trappen lopen was de rest van het gebouw ook netjes. De locatie om de sleutel op te halen is zo'n 15 minuten lopen van het appartement maar dat vond ik niet erg, duidelijke, en realistische huisregels en bovendien aardige mensen bij de receptie.

Wat kruimels tussen de bank, en inderdaad wat trappen lopen om boven te komen, dit kan vervelend zijn met grote bagage.

Midden in het centrum.

1 bad kamertje en 1 wc voor 12 man is veel te weinig. Bedden zijn erg klein om met 2 volwassen op te slapen. Foto’s komen niet overeen met het daadwerkelijke appartement (3a) maar de prijs en locatie maakt veel goed.

The apartment did not show as it had appeared in the photos on the booking. There were no fans provided, 3 flights of stairs that were not included in the description. We paid for the night before as we were arriving early the next morning, and even though we paid we were not able to pick up the keys till 2pm. This was frustrating.

The location was really central and great for getting around Antwerpen. Beautiful architecture and handy for restaurants and bars. Close to underground car parking, but make sure that you collect the keys before you arrive as the office is located about 20mins walk away from the apartment, which is easy to get to by car but once you have parked, you will not want to get out and drive again. We parked in Groenplaats first and then collected keys and bags. The videos provided are helpful. We stayed for 1 night only.

The location is very noisy at night. This was made worse as one of the windows in the main are could not be closed properly. As there is no air conditioning, it gets warm but you can't keep a window open and it smells of food being prepared from the restaurants. The property is also very noisy from people returning to other apartments. The sound proofing is poor. We thought that someone had actually come into the apartment. The hot water did not work so no hot showers for 4 people, or hot water in the wash basin which was not great. The water did not drain away in the shower. One toilet roll. There were no information leaflets about transport/sightseeing/restaurant recommendations which would have all been nice additions. Generally the apartment felt a bit grubby and unloved, which is a shame as the building itself is beautiful.

Unique location.

The terrace with the view on the cathedral was not accessible, I hope they will make it accessible for future guests as it is a great perk of this property.

fantastic location. in the centre beside the cathedral. staff were great when we connected the key - from an office 10 mins away at 2pm. google maps helped greatly once we first found the property and then walked from there to the collection point.

there were 3 of us staying there. in the cutlery drawer there was one knife one large spoon and one knife. the towels were very past their sell by date. no bin in the bathroom. and it was extremely cold throughout the night once temperatures dipped outside - is was the end of January so temps were quite low
