The neighbors where quite loud, so that we woke up in the middle of the night.

The location was pretty central and the room spacious and clean. The bathroom was nicely designed and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was probably one of the best in Bolivia so far. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and whilst we were in Santa Cruz during the strikes they helped us out sorting out the taxis to the airport

several sockets especially in the kitchen were not working. The kitchen is not well designed

personal so nice very helpful, they were really carying for us with keeping our backpacks until the room was ready, printing our boarding passes and booking a taxi for us. the room was extremely clean and comfortable. perfect !

The room was extremely clean, well equipped little kitchen and very comfortable beds. Fabulous hot power shower.

Not very sound proof. We could hear guests upstairs walking around as the floors are wooden. We also had to ask guests next door to be quiet at 4am as they were talking loudly in the corridor. The design of the bathroom also didn’t allow for much privacy as the shower and toilet doors opened out into an open area.

We had to ask a few times for the bedding and towels!! And our key cards kept deactivating which was annoying!

the apartments are new and clean, the location is great, and the staff is very helpful, you can arrive at any time for the checkin and they will give you the Apartment card key.

Night staff is friendly and prepared. My request for second blanket was taken into account. This appartment hotel is one of the best in all of Santa Cruz. I can recommend it. The room is functional and has plenty of space for suitcases. I didn't use the kitchen which has a microwave, too. Due to pandemic the party noises around the hotel were minimal.

A minor point: Exchange rate of USD to BOB was higher than the usual. The charge to your credit card is not done in booking-stated USD but in local BOB (that's probably rather a booking.com problem).

Loud music all night. And they would not ask partiers to lower music. instead they moved me at 11pm! Also this is a quasi hotel w 30 rooms. Site is under construction so noise all day too. Look elsewhere until they improve.

Most comfortable bed in Santa Cruz so far. Italian interior design makes a real difference. Rooms are large. Night staff extremely friendly. Location is good and for a city rather quiet.

Very friendly night staff. Great rooms with all amenities for the kitchen. Well decorated rooms. Ample space. Good and comfy bed. I had one of my best rests in Bolivia here. Quiet considering the location. If there’s noise it’s from the nearby restaurant that seems to stop playing music by 11 pm, so a quiet night’s sleep is possible.
