I felt at home. Choosing to stay here during my time in Ninh Binh was the perfect decision. I came for a few days and ended up staying for two weeks. The location is unbeatable—you're surrounded by pure nature and beautiful landscapes, away from the noise. It's ideal for resting and relaxing. You can rent a motorbike or bicycle and conveniently reach the tourist spots. There's a beautiful pool at the back of the hotel, with stunning views and lots of privacy. If you need to work online, the internet is excellent throughout the entire property. Breakfast is included, with vegetarian/vegan options available. The staff is super friendly. Staying here made my time in Ninh Binh incredible. I recommend it 100% :)

The location was nice, the setting of the swimming pool among the cliffs.

The rooms were not too clean, bedding was old and yellowing, the shared bathroom was not great and people can see over the door when you are showering. Was hard to find the staff when it was time to check out.

Located on a long dirt road which is unpleasant to ride a bike on. Food was a little pricey.

The surrounding hills made this hotel look like an oasis. Very nice setting. The food was also very good. The pool was good.

We could here the conversations from the room beside us. No sound insulating.

I had a lot of troubles in this hostel. Firstly nobody spoke English (even basic) when I arrived and didn’t know what to do with me. I got a room (supposed to have a dorms, but anyway) and I found mice stool there, awful. As it was raining that day, we asked like minimum three times if pagoda is open - three times the guy said yes and booked as ‘taxi’ there. Random guy came (no taxi brand, no taxameter) and took us to the pagoda where we found out it is closed. We didn’t want to pay for ride to pagoda because we saw nothing but he was really angry. I spent 20 minut on phone same as my friend to deal the new price and like solve the situation. They said sorry after all, but insist on us paying the ride there and still remaining us that it’s not their fault it was raining. Well, it wasn’t our fault either and I wouldn’t care but I asked so many time and the receptionist assured me it was open. I had a terrible experience there and left Ninh Binh even earlier.

Great location for exploring the sights in Ninh Binh and situated in a naturally self-contained and scenic area. Nice swimming pool area for relaxing.

bike rentals to explore the nearby area were great and staff was helpful

just be aware that the bathrooms are only partially enclosed so bugs can come into the bathroom at night
