We had a very comfortable double King size beds room. It was excellent, we loved it.
The staff is very professional and friendly, we tried the restaurant which was very good, little bit expensive.
The hotel is good situated, our room was very quiet.

Huone ja yleiset tilat oli sisustettu todella kiinnostavasti ja tyylikkäästi. Pyyhkeiden tyyli oli hauska yksityiskohta. Aamiainen oli laadukas. Vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja oli kohtuullisesti, ja juustoa sekä kookosjogurttia sai pyytämällä. Sijainti on hyvä, keskeinen mutta rauhallinen. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.
Aamiaisella astioita ei siivottu pitkään aikaan pöydästä.

Excellent breakfast, lovely staff and comfortable room and bed.
Cleanliness of the rooms really could use more attention. Had to switch rooms as the first one was dirty, and in the room that we switched to, the shower didn't drain properly.

So close to the Market Hall, tram station, ferry station & supermarket.
Breakfast at the hotel started my day in high spirit.

Location was good. Beds were comfortable. Clean bathroom. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Esplanade and the market square. Very comfortable room with high quality toiletries and a good shower. Bed was very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was extravagant! Must be one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Maybe not their fault, but the room was kept at a constant temperature of around 21°C which is a bit cold. When you change the temperature on the thermostat it takes a few hours to go up a couple of degrees. Even after changing it, when we came back in the evening it was back on 21°

The furniture was well designed
I made a reservation at booking.com , but it was not connected to the hotel system and was not supposed to be booked.
I stayed for 2 nights, but there was no change of towels in the room.

the room was not cleaned 2 days in a row, not sure what the issue was but
the reception team was very apologetic and changed the room for us as soon as we informed them

Great location - easy walking distance to all the main tourist sites. Great breakfast and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast until 2 on weekends - I like a lie in so this was excellent

I wanted to note that the staff at the front desk was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly. They were also very helpful in terms of helping out with WiFi issues and directions to different places.
I don't have anything to complain about...and I LOVE complaining :-)
