The hotel was just a short walk to the train station. There was a convenient 7-11 just a block away. There were many stores within walking distance, such as a grocery store, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, a drug store, and many Japanese food places. We had no problems getting the lobby and room code. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave, kitchen area with plates/bowls/utensils, a rice cooker, a kettle, a washer, and a TV with remote.

The room was a bit smaller than what the pictures suggested, but it was otherwise fine.

They have all the facilities, despite the kitchen was hidden behind the closed door. It is a studio apartment, hence the kitchen is very near to the bed, if I do cooking, then the whole room is going to smell, including the bed too. It was easy to check-in as the key given by the owner/landlord via chat booking app. It is very near to the station too. The unit has balcony to dry clothes, as well as the bathroom can use to dry clothes too.

The room has too many things, hardly any space. Tables, sofas, dining table and chairs, the bed... it's too close to each other. It was hard to open our luggage, we had to make space in order to open our 2 luggage. Re-arrange the setting of the sofa and tables. When we check-out, we re-arrange the furnitures back to it's original place.

Apartment was reasonable size, in a quiet area which was great at night, i was in the studio apartment which could fit 4 people as it had a double bed, a sofa and a single bed. The kitchen had everything you need from stove, to cutlery. Bathroom was a bit small just a showeroom but servicable. washing machine was great, however to dry the clothes there was a clothes line you will have to pull out in the middle of the living area not the easiest to spot but does the job and may hinder some people when getting in and out of bed. Location wise close to the station which is on a key line that is very close to Haneda airport, while also being easy to access the main areaes in Tokyo.

Location was convenient to Heiwajima Train Station. Property was perfect for our group size and it had the conveniences of home (kitchenette and washer/dryer).

A later 12:00-1:00 checkout time would have been nice!

Didn't have knives. Had to buy a butter knife. Few more utensils in the kitchen would be helpful.

The Place is very clean. Fully equipped with utensil for light cooking. Best for a group not more than 6 pax.

The hallway stinks of an oily/dirty kitchen, seems like the air outlet for restaurant next door is directly connected to the hallway. It was als very nauseous smell to be welcomed with. Water pressure of the bathroom sink is very low and the refrigerator zooms very loudly. For latter two points host offered to send someone to look at it; communication about this is very unclear and apparently host expected me to stay at the appartment all day to wait for maintenance for their property while I was on vacation. When I did not catch on and missed the staff, host asked me what to do now. The whole situation seems very unprofessional to me.

We love the location near to station and complete kitchen utilities especially when we really needed as muslim to cook ourselves. There is supermarket nearby station and we buy groceries everyday there. The space just nice for us 8 people. The house also clean and neat. the best part of our experience staying here is to enter the house is very easy because it is keyless only using pass code. Overall this place is recommended for people in large group.

Great location, nice neighborhood with excellent public transit and decent options for eating. Spacious room with well-equipped kitchen. Clean, modern and well-equipped bathroom.

Hard and tiny sofa. No view whatsoever (ground floor with frosted windows). Steep and narrow ramp for wheelchairs/strollers (just 1 meter long however).

Nice quiet location. Only thing I could suggest is more closet space for putting clothing.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well laid out.

The wasn’t any table knife or paring knife. (There was a large kitchen/chopper knife but nothing smaller for cutting or peeling fruit, spreading butter, etc.)
