The penthouse apartment is lovely very spacious and comfortable with all you need and I'm sure if you stayed in the nice hot weather sitting out on the balcony would be lovely we have stayed twice now to see family in December and February it was lovely and cosy in the apartment heating on ,plenty of towels,tea,coffee,sugar and milk and a coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods to choose,I met Peter the owner he was lovely all messages were helpful and friendly clearly wanting us to enjoy our stay which was lovely as it's not always that way when booking somewhere I requested an extension for checking out which was kindly granted which I really appreciated my son and I travelled hours by taxi and trains we had cancellation by trains so couldn't get there until evening when going home our train was cancelled as well so having somewhere nice to stay and understanding hosts helps a lot especially as my son is autistic and hotels etc aren't suitable for him another help is good wifi and the TV has Amazon and Netflix so we watched a film in the evening before a nice bath and bed ,there are TVs in each bedroom too although I didn't use them.

Nothing at all we are looking forward to booking again soon if able.

The apartment is lovely it had everything we needed and more we only stayed one night but if you wanted to cook could there was a washing machine and fridge and freezer and plenty of dishes in the cupboards, tea,coffee,sugar,milk also a coffee machine,2 little pots of ice-cream were left in the freezer a nice surprise the heating was on for us we had a stressful time getting there so that was lovely also a Christmas tree in the lounge we would gladly stay again I spoke to Peter and we shared messages he was very nice and super helpful I would have stayed longer if possible hopefully can next time we stay another bonus was it was quiet just what we needed there are 3 TVs living room has Amazon and Netflix too, having a lift straight up to the apartment was great for us as stairs are very difficult I will say it's small 2 adults and 4 bags it was full😃

We couldn't dislike anything really our only issue we had was the outside stairs up to the building were a bit difficult for us we got to the door though it didn't make it easy being snow and ice on them and the ground everywhere it was awful outside.

We loved everything! The penthouse is really spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfy, everything is clean, and the balcony is a really special feature. Zoe and Peter were exceptional hosts - they replied to our messages quickly, the check in and check out information was so detailed and really easy to follow - great communication. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again. Thank you!

The lift is a little small, so if you're staying for a while and have more than a few bags, you may need to do a couple of trips up. But it was absolutely fine for our stay and didn't bother us.

Great communication with the property owners from booking right through to making sure we were settled in. The property is in a perfect location with sea views from the living room and both bedrooms. The balcony was an excellent feature as was the lift. The owners also provided parking permits and we were lucky enough to park right outside the property on the road. The property was warm and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was excellent. There is nothing the owner's have overlooked - they definitely go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. We'd definitely look to book this property again if we visit Scarborough again.

The property is in a great location, it was spotlessly clean & so comfortable. We were even welcomed by the owners who are lovely, they added a personal touch for my husbands birthday which was so thoughtful. we will definitely stay again.

There is honestly nothing we did not like.

The apartment was spacious and really well equipped, with beautiful views of the sea from the balcony. There was loads of lovely personal touches around (the cava was a great touch!) which made us feel really welcome. The apartment was the perfect location for us, away from the main buzz of the town but still with great local amenities (probably worth being mindful if you don't like walking that it is a good 10-15 min walk into the town centre). All the restaurant/shop recommendations both from the folder and from Peter were also very good. Thanks for a lovely few days!

It got very hot at night with such a big duvet, an alternative would have been nice, and some slightly bigger/ one or 2 more towels would have been handy. But that's just being picky!

stayed here for a long weekend and wasn’t disappointed. we came to the penthouse to find it spotless very clean . the penthouse had all the basics washing machine tea coffee milk expresso coffee machine . was just like home from home

Could do with blackout curtains for the 2nd bedroom as very bright for putting kids to sleep in the summer months. Apart from that nothing.

Perfect! Lovely apartment with everything we could possibly need. Easy for visiting all areas of Scarborough. Wonderful views and a lovely balcony area. Hosts left very detailed information about places to eat, visit, walks etc and about the apartment.

My family and I booked this beautiful penthouse for a 3 night stay in Scarborough and we did not regret it for a minute. The penthouse is centrally located with beautiful views of the sea, absolutely spotless, including everything you may need for your stay and more and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. To top it all it is owned by 2 of the nicest, kindest and most caring people I have ever met. Thankyou Peter and Zoe... I will see you again!
