The bed was tremendously comfortable. The location was outstanding. 30 minutes to Clearwater, St Pete and 20 minutes to Ybor City. Safe and great neighborhood to walk. Our host was super friendly and followed up in a timely manner.

The water took excruciatingly long to get hot in the shower. The kitchen sink faucet never got hot and the faucet didn't work properly. Cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings. The TV in the 1 bedroom unit is right up against the adjacent kitchen wall. You can hear it as if you have the TV on in the 2 bedroom unit. The toilet is loose to the bathroom floor.

I would have considered cooking, but the stove and stove hood needed to be cleaned.Additionally, in the unit next to me there was some noise due to work being done around 9:00 pm. This only occurred on the 2nd night of my stay. it made it hard to fall asleep.

the property is super clean! It’s location is strategic for every commodity in Tampa. the landlord is great he was super kind. I totally recommend this apartment. The location has Netflix!

The location had lots of things to do nearby and was close to the highway.

It was not kept up at all. First off, the finishes to your “quick flip” are pathetic. It literally still looks like the BEFORE pictures. I know first hand how a flip is supposed to look as my husband and I are in the business of buying, renovating, and selling homes. You ought to feel ashamed to offer people to sleep in that place. The doors and walls were filthy (Try Mr. Clean Magic Erasers). The paint on the bathroom walls, on the trim and all throughout the property were chipping/peeling. Exposed electrical sockets. Fingerprint s all over the stainless steel appliances. I did some ab exercises on the living room rug after going for a run and stood up to food crumbs, chocolate candy pieces (that melted on me.. yuck) and way too much hair stuck to me. The other ppl in the other unit took up the whole driveway at one point. We were so uncomfortable that we opted to not stay the last night and reserved a spot someplace else. You got your work cut out for you to make this a decent getaway for someone.

The location was nice and quiet and there were a lot of towels. The hosts also communicated with me and gave clear directions for check in.

The house could be a little cleaner.

Home was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do during our stay. It was the perfect spot.

Second bedroom bed was unbelievably squeaky. A small move made the loudest noise which kept all occupants up.

The property was in such a quiet neighborhood. Property is also very close to so many places which is convenient. For our first stay in Florida this place definitely felt like a home away from home. Such a cozy place ! The owners are very responsive as well. I wouldn’t hesitate if I were you .

Location and the beds are super comfy. Booked last minute and owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

The photos made me think there was a couch or futon in one room and I thought we’d have a stove and that bay window area. I see that the house is divided into more than one unit and the photos were a combination of multiple units. In my opinion the bathroom needs a curtain to feel more privacy with the windows from the house next door.
