I thought everything worked out really well. The location was great. Close to beach. Close to Grocery stores, restaurants and anything you may need. The only thing I’d recommend is to have the pool cleaned more frequently. There was some rain, but a good amount of small limbs, leaves, etc. collect in the deep end of the pool. We would stay here again. Our family had a great time. Igor is very helpful and very responsive.

We loved staying here! Our group included young children (2&4) and my retired mom- it was perfect for everyone. We loved the quiet neighborhood- it was great for morning walks. Location was perfect too - 20 min from Fort Lauderdale airport and a quick 10 min drive to Pompano Beach and pier. Irina, the host, met us at the home at check-in and was very welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was nice for days we decided to stay in and cook. Rooms were clean and comfy, and the pool and outside space is beautiful! We felt very at home here and would definitely return. Highly recommend this property!

This VRBO was such a great find! We loved the design and layout of the house. The furnishings were up to date and high quality. The host was very accommodating. It was my mother’s first time in a rental property (instead of a hotel) and she could not have had a better first experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

The owners were fabulous and accommodated our request for earlier check in. The communication between us was always handled quickly. The property is gorgeous. Plenty of space and lots of top line appliances. We loved the pool and outdoor space. We did not have a car. Easy walk to the grocery store and Walmart. Short Uber to Pompano Pier area.

I love this house. It’s exactly like the pictures. It’s absolutely beautiful. We had problems one day getting the TVs to work and Igor was there to fix them in an hour. You can’t go wrong with this house or the owners.

The property is like being at a resort. It has all the comforts or home and more. The owner was more than accommodating. It was a wonderful vacation for the family.

Fabulous property with lush grounds in nice neighborhood, close proximity to shopping and beach. Spacious, clean rooms with great exterior space to keep family entertained. The Pool is very large and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed here for a week-- it was wonderful! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and the home was super clean. The pool was so nice and relaxing, we skipped the beach (which is very close) a few days and stayed back. A really great experience and hope to come.back.

This house is simply amazing. Beautiful pool, which we hardly ever left. Place has everything you need. The grill is great and ample size. Beautiful landscape and lighting. The tiki area was where we spent most of our time when not in the pool. The house is very well decorated. Huge TVs everywhere. The Beds were big and very comfortable. Igor met us on site at check in. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Next time my family visits S. Florida we will stay there again. One of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at.

I cannot say enough good things about this house and Igor and Irina! My Husband, Mother in Law, three kids and I stayed here for 5 days 4 nights and it was WONDERFUL! The place looks Exactly like the pictures!! Not pictured are the good sized closets in each room. I like to hang my clothes up, plenty of room for that. The kitchen had lots of dishes, spices, condiments (butter, ketchup, dressings, etc.) We got a few groceries at the Wal-Mart nearby because we had an 8 year old and two 5 year olds that eat non-stop! The beds are super comfortable and so is the couch! We had more than enough space for the 6 of us. The hot water takes just a little bit to get going (like one minute) and let me tell you it gets HOT! So if you like steamy showers, you are in luck! Bathrooms were Super Clean! The whole house was. The pool is a saltwater pool. It was also super clean and I think the kids would have lived in the pool if we had let them. Many beaches in the area to choose from, all within just a few minutes drive. There were beach chairs, toys and I'm guessing the previous guest left the small styrofoam cooler behind which was perfect for beach snacks. Also, lots of pool toys/inflatables. All the TVs are smart TVs and the kids loved watching the one outside while they ate breakfast and we also had a movie night outside on the first night! The washer and dryer are nice and new! I would recommend this property to ANYONE! Absolutely LOVED our stay! Wonderful Hosts! Thank you!

Great house and location. Quiet neighborhood, great outdoor space with the pool, grill, seating and tv! The house is located near great restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. The house is clean and spacious with comfy beds and a kitchen that has everything you need to cook meals with. They even had beach chairs and toys for beach days. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful backyard. Kitchen was well outfitted for cooking! The bathrooms were nicely updated. The owners were extremely accommodating. We were thrilled with our stay! Great pool too!

We had a great time at this property. The backyard is more gorgeous than the pictures, if possible. The hosts were very accommodating. Would love to come back! The house is close to the grocery store and about a 10/15 min drive to the beach/pier.

Igor & Irina were amazing hosts. They met us at the property to ensure our check in was perfect. The house met all of our expectations and we appreciated all of the special personal touches from the hosts. The kids loved the pool fully equipped with toys and we really didn't need anything while we were there. Will definitely stay again when in this part of FL.

This property is exactly how it is described in the listing. The hosts were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The few very minor issues that came up were addressed immediately. The pool and patio are definitely the highlight of the property. Even though it’s situated in a close residential neighborhood it’s very private due to the beautiful vegetation that surrounds the back yard. Just minutes from all the area activities. Another plus is that they don’t require you to do a whole list of house chores before check out. I’d be happy to book again next time we’re in the area.

This place is brand new, it's spotless, the location couldn't be better. I can get to the beach, grocery store, gym, restaurants all in 5 minutes or less. That said, you'll never want to leave as the pool in the back has brand new landscaping surrounded by lush palm trees and your very own LARGE, and I mean LARGE tiki hut. There's enough seating for 30 people, and TV outside to catch your favorite game as you're hanging out. The pool is saltwater and beautiful, and you can even fish off of the dock that lines the canal. Inside the beds are all memory foam, bathrooms have big shower heads that make you never want to get out, the bathroom mirrors are technologically advanced...they light up. A huge 80+ inch TV in the living room with comfortable seating after a long day. If you want to cook, they have everything you can think of, and most things you'd never think of. These accommodations are FIVE-STAR across the board. I'm not sure where to stop, I've never in my life been happier or more pleased with a vacation rental, it felt like home, tho if incredibly more exciting!

Irina and Igor were very inviting and accommodating and had provided anything you could need during the stay. The backyard and pool area were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. A wonderful setting to relax and have family time.

A perfect private getaway in a quiet neighborhood just off of McNab & Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach. Close to shopping and only minutes to the nearest grocery store. This home's emphasis is truly on comfort with well appointed furnishings inside and out. We loved all of the seating arrangements and spent most of our day swimming in the beautiful salt water pool and lounging outdoors on the many comfortable sofas and chairs. Cocktails later in the day under the tiki hut with lights and dinner outdoors to take advantage of the gorgeous setting sun made for a perfect end to every day. The home was super clean and well stocked and we did not want for anything. From the moment of our departure, we've been planning to return to this memorable tropical getaway.

We stayed in Pompano Beach for the first time and this beautiful home fit our needs perfectly. The homeowner was very nice and answered our question quickly and were very helpful. This amazing home is perfect to spend time with the whole family. Home has it all! Inside was very comfortable and very modern. kitchen was amazing. rooms were very specious. The outside area was a paradise, pool was amazing and tiki hut with great BBQ area. Beatiful, Quite,and safe Neighborhood. Also in a great location in pompano beach area. Neighborhood was quiet and the house is located close to multiple shopping and food places. Our hosts were kind enough to show us around the house upon arrival.
