Very friendly staff that explained the layout and amenities.great location 5 -10 minute flat walk to Playa la Ropa. Pool was very tidy and nice.

Clean and well-designed new-ish small hotel. Centrally-located close enough to the beach on the primary street serving the Playa La Ropa area. It was very clean and the ever-present staff was very kind and professional. Overall, a nice + quiet + secure + very functional feel. We would both recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

The 2 bed units do not have an outdoor area/deck, which we did not pick up on when booking...though that's all they had available anyway. Feels like sort of an odd design choice. Visiting in January as we did (when the weather is "cool"), we'd have liked to have had one to relax al fresco. Our bad, but something to keep in mind when selecting your room.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room itself a pretty good size. The location is also pretty conveniently located close to Playa La Ropa as well as some great cafes and restaurants.

The beds only have a sheet and no comforter. Also taxi drivers are not very familiar with this hotel.

The location of this resort is perfect. Transportation and eating options are the Best. During our stay it was a quiet and relaxing stay.

the hotel was beautiful, the pool/jacuzzi was amazing…and the hotel staff were so helpful and kind.

this place is short walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, an oxxo and easy to catch a taxi or bus from. place is quiet and small. kitchen is large and room is large with everything you could ask for. staff is very helpful and very friendly.

only thing that could have made this better is a gym, but they did not advertise one so this can't be held against them. overall an excellent stay for the price

very clean and 5min walking from the beach

The staff are lovely and the hotel was very well maintained. Our room was very spacious and included a full kitchen was was perfect. even better - the hotel was quite quiet so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool is well maintained. Everything was either walking distance or a short bus/taxi ride into town or other beaches. Plus the wifi was perfect!

Beautiful stylish hotel with attentive staff. Wonderful pool for sending the day if the sun at the beach is to strong.

Bring bug repellent as the mosquitoes can be a little strong.

More coffee in the room. Loved the Nespresso coffeemaker setup, but would have enjoyed a restock of coffee pods during room cleaning.

To many small mosquitos in tge room! I spend 19 day on the coast not a single mosquito bit and on that night I felt like i was camping out.

Fairly new building, large bathroom, nice pool area.

No hot water, weak internet at times, hard to communicate with staff as we are English speaking and they were Spanish speaking.

The hotel was in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to La Ropa beach near La Perla restaurant. There is an Oxxo on the same block and 2 delicious restaurants next door, Jungle Pizza and Adelitas. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice, pool towels available upon request. The rooms are spacious, the hotel seems fairly new, there was a big screen TV in the bedroom and the doors and windows were all new. Also, I felt safe as the front doors were always locked and there is someone here at night for any emergency. It is a great bargain for the location and cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again.

There were some problems with insects getting into the room but, we are in a somewhat wild area so, I wasn’t surprised. Also, I noticed the maintenance man spraying insecticide around the property in the evening so, it isn’t something that they aren’t attending to.
