The fact this hotel has a carpark are massive positives. The room was clean and was spacious enough. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast was basic but all we needed with nice fruit, yoghurts, mini pastries, etc.

Not much to see over the windows, but we spent all day in a city centre, so..

The service overall is quite good. The location is good enough close to the metro so it's possible to travel to the city centre within 1 hour. The way to Disneyland took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Ok for a few days to stay

I made a mistake during the reservation and booked the room for an earlier date. When I asked to move my booking 1 day ahead the hotel just rejected it with the reason that my booking type does not allow such changes. They had free rooms for new days but they just didn't want. Not the best customer service at all.

Hotel in iets mindere buurt. Overdag prima, maar zou er 's avonds niet graag alleen lopen. Ontbijt ok, maar beperkt.

Decent location with nearby metro, and integrated parking facilities. Fairly clean, and respectable room for a short stay.

Surroundings still under development, lacks amenities. Breakfast was barebones, could do with some warm/savoury options. Experienced an unexplained odor from the bathroom sink water in one of the rooms, but not the shower which was used instead.

Lovely hotel and although a little distance from Paris centre, it had a metro within 3 mins walk. A few restaurants on its doorstep and an underground car park, also was an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and modern.

It was only the last day I had an issue with. Hence the mark down in staff. On checkout we informed reception we had lost our paper parking ticket which was required for the hotel to validate and let us out. Our answer from the receptionist was really unprofessional to be honest. She said that she can’t do anything without the parking ticket. To which we replied, that we had to be at the euro tunnel at a particular time and we needed to get out. She shrugged and was reluctant to call someone to let us out by controlling the exit barrier. Very far fetched response and if it wasn’t for that last 10 minutes then put experience would have been 10 out of 10, as all other staff had been amazing

The daily breakfasts were lovely and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The lady at reception ( Indian lady) apologies for describing her by her ethnicity, but unfortunately she refused to give her name despite asking her for her name several times. The reason she refused to give. Her name was because she was so rude and disrespectful and unaccommodating to myself and my family and my pregnant sister, she came over to us as we where were sat in the reception area , we were exhausted as our fight has been cancelled to tell us to sit appropriately and not occupy chairs unnecessarily we hadn’t even realised we had done anything wrong , but she felt compelled to come over and scold us like we were naughty children, she was rude, ill mannered and impolite. We were in the mist of a really difficult situation as we could not get a flight back home so we’re on the phone to airlines and had to stay at the hotel due to our flight been cancelled. She interrupted us on the phone to the airlines to tel us off . We still don’t know what he tissue was .she’s in customer service yet she had zero customer service skills . She didn’t have any empathy for my pregnant sister there was no support offered just rudeness. She knew she was being rude, and that is why she refused to give her name , I hope the hotel takes our complaint seriously as I will be emailing it to them also.

Value for money. Clean and well maintained rooms. Easy access to Metro line 5 and in the centre of Paris within 30 - 40 minutes. Breakfast basic but appreciated.

No air con available for our stay - rooms very hot. Pillows odd (!) Like most other reviews we found the security deposit on arrival was irritating when we had already paid for the booking upfront.

Great value for this price in Paris. Decent modern rooms. Parking under the hotel, 10 euros a night. The breakfast was basic, but good.

Small thin pillows. Room was not really clean. Not a nice neigbourhood, but metro station nearby. Check in is not at 13.00, supposedly a mistake on Booking, even though hotel confirmed our check in time. After a little wait we could enter the room.

Very modern, comfortable and pretty hotel. Staff very helpful, nice and all spoke English which is very uncommon in France unfortunately. Room vast clean, spacious, breakfast tasty. Nothing really to fault.

A little bit far from the centre but overall it didn't make any difference as we were happy using the metro.

Very clean room. Near to the metro station.

Just for your info. The pin from Google is not ok. The entrance is right on the main street. But it is not a problem.
