Royston Lodge - Dog-Friendly Halls Gap Getaway
Le Royston Lodge propose un hébergement indépendant acceptant les chiens à Halls Gap, The Grampians (Gariwerd), dans l'ouest de Victoria, en Australie.
La maison se trouve sur 3200m2 de terrain dans une rue calme, près de la piste cyclable et à 1,6 km au sud de la principale zone commerciale de Halls Gap. Promenez-vous dans les magasins et les restaurants ou louez un vélo pour vous déplacer facilement en ville.
La maison dispose de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 7 personnes et de canapés-lits dans le salon pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 3 personnes supplémentaires (le linge de maison n'est pas fourni mais peut être organisé moyennant un supplément en dehors des périodes de pointe). Il dispose d'une cuisine récemment rénovée et entièrement équipée avec une machine à expresso Breville à double chaudière et un moulin à café, un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière à gaz, un four électrique, un four micro-ondes et un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur. La cuisine est remplie de produits de base, dont du sel, du poivre, des huiles et des épices.
Wi-Fi gratuit est inclus dans la maison pour les clients à utiliser.
Le salon dispose d'une SmartTV à écran plat de 42 pouces / 106 cm, d'un lecteur DVD / Blu-ray, d'une barre de son Bluetooth et d'une station d'accueil pour iPod. Un canapé-lit est fourni, confortable pour 7 personnes. comprenant un canapé-lit double et un canapé-lit simple. Le salon dispose également d'un poêle à bois et de bois de chauffage est fourni.
La salle de bain principale a été récemment rénovée et comprend une spacieuse douche double, le chauffage au sol et un sèche-serviettes.
La maison dispose d'un climatiseur et de ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et une chambre.
Une grande terrasse orientée à l'est est un endroit parfait pour profiter des repas tout en observant les oiseaux et la faune. Un nouveau barbecue à gaz est fourni et des sièges à l'extérieur pour un grand groupe.

We loved our stay at Royston lodge. Waking up to kangaroos in the morning then having cockatoos sitting on our shoulders trying to pinch our breakfast! It was amazing and the morning sun on the deck was beautiful. We also enjoyed the log fire and warm showers.

Lovely location, kitchen was everything we needed. The local roos come up real close and the kookaburras serenaded us with their beautiful song.

I would recommend this property for a satisfactory stay. Only down fall was the amount of animal fur left behind from pet's. But I guess it's to be expected in pets welcome accommodation.

Paula was amazing to deal with. The property was better than I expected. Location, outlook, peace and quiet, beautifully renovated kitchen and bathroom, cleanliness, access to internet and smart TV. You can connect your songs to the house speakers, good quality appliances and cutlery and plenty of it. Had all
Meals watching Kangaroos and Kookaburras. Absolutely will be back. Highly recommend.

The house is perfect for a relaxed getaway- close to nearby cafes & restaurants and close distance by car to the beautiful and varied walks and sightseeing around the Grampians

A awesome location and a very well appointed house. It was great to be right at the edge of the forest, and see wildlife from the comfort of our own balcony. Roos and Cockatoos galore. Paula was so helpful and great at communicating.

Royston Lodge was the perfect place to stay for us (4 adults, 4 kids and 1 dog)! Communication with Paula was great. We particularly enjoyed our meals on the deck, watching the kangaroos and parrots. It’s a beautiful part of the world and we would have liked to stay longer.

We enjoyed the property very much. The location is excellent, close to the shops. The house is well stocked with everything one might need. An additional fan is needed in the one bedroom for those hot nights.

Royston is a secluded homely stay ~ fully stocked with everything you could possibly need/want ~ great location, easy stroll to shops ..
Updated kitchen ( everything you need in a kitchen ), updated bathroom ( floor heating ) - ex large shower with choice of 2 showerheads ( 2 toilets 🚻 ) ..
Very comfortable & suitable amenities for 7 adults ..
Pet friendly is a bonus ( 2 happy pooches )

Best place for families. Quiet, peaceful - lots of wildlife. Room for kids to play. We loved it!

In a good position just out of town, local walking trails just up the road no car needed. The house had good facilities, however it was not very clean when we arrived. It is no good for anyone in a wheelchair, however for the hiker it is a good base.

Great location and house - well equipped and have thought of everything :-) the only feedback is that the lounge/couches look so good but are actually not comfortable to sit on. Thanks for everything - the bikes were great and made getting around town even easier!

We had a brilliant time, everything we needed for a winter getaway. Perfect location to access walks and an easy walk into town. Home well equipped to self cater and keep warm and cosy. A big thanks from our four-legged family members who loved their holiday (and the dog run).

Beautiful location, close enough to Halls Gap that you're just up the road, but far enough away that you feel like you're out on your own.
This place was a lovely home for our family's week in The Grampians.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, which I love in a holiday home. The coffee machine was a great addition.
The fireplace and well stocked wood pile made the cold nights nice and cosy.
Bedrooms were basic and the beds a bit squeaky, but they were comfortable and we were nice and warm.

Had a great week away at this property. Great location, a short walk from town. Situated on a large bush block. Fully equipped kitchen with excellent coffee machine, newly renovated bathrooms and great deck for that morning coffee. Made a fabulous base for all that The Grampians has to offer.

We spent a week at Royston Lodge. Everything was as described. Paula was easy to communicate with and provided plenty of information. It was an easy walk into the township and the bike/foot path is located just at the end of the long driveway. We really enjoyed the house very much. Thank you for a week of bliss Paula :-)

Fantastic location short walk to town, well equipped house with everything you need, lots of birds, kangaroos visiting daily, the house is in a peaceful, bushland setting, we loved it

Great pet friendly house. Everything was in house that you need. A couple of things that need to be updated would be the 2 queen mattresses they were so hard we could feel springs. Advertised was a dog run but couldn't and wouldn't put our dog in there as it was all overgrown up to our knees.
Otherwise are stay was lovely.

We had an incredible time here. The location was fantastic, just a couple of minutes away from all the shops. The house was incredibly well equipped and comfortable. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. The owner was so lovely and accommodating. She responded to my messages within minutes and very helpful. We loved our stay!
