Appartement exclusif de 50m2 situé dans le Barrio de Salamanca, entouré de restaurants gastronomiques et de boutiques de créateurs à seulement 20 minutes de l'Aéroport de Madrid-Barajas et à quelques minutes de la glamour rue Ortega y Gasset. Il est au premier étage avec ascenseur et dispose de belles fenêtres avec une décoration haut de gamme et des coins soigneusement détaillés La chambre se compose d'un lit double king size, en plus du canapé convertible dans le salon pour les réservations de 3 ou 4 personnes. Vous trouverez une salle de bain avec douche, cuisine entièrement équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse, une machine à café Nespresso, une télévision connectée, une connexion Wi-Fi dans tout l'établissement, des draps et des serviettes inclus et un parking à proximité. La remise des clés a lieu dans le même appartement de 16h00 à 21h00, avec possibilité d'extension. Cet appartement est non-fumeur. Lors de l'enregistrement nous vous demanderons la documentation et nous serons à votre disposition presque 24h pour tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant votre séjour.

Right in the middle of Sereno shopping district. All shops are literally 5-10 mins walk away, lots of food choices. Area feels safe.

The flat was big enough for th two of us, clean and modern, however, there is no natural light as it is first of six floors and the windows get no daylight. Very central to shopping and places to eat. Buses and metro very accessible. All in all a nice place to stay.

Un piso con excelente ubicación en el Barrio de Salamanca. Super tranquila la calle a pesar de estar muy cerca de Serrano; el piso muy silencioso, impecable y agradable, que permite descansar muy bien. Roger muy atento en todo momento y con muy buena coordinación de llegada. Sin duda me volvería quedar ahi!

Very clean, modern decoration and centric to the best comercial area in Madrid. All the fashion stores together and are walking distance. Great restaurants very close. Any questions were answered quickly by our host. A quiet neighborhood with a nice supermarket nearby. It accommodates up to 4 people but for couples is better.

We were most impressed with the area, cleanliness of apartment and the comfort of bed and sofa bed. The check in process was efficient and the lady that assisted us was kind and helpful. As older people, we would have enjoyed a foot stool since some areas of storage were a bit high to easily reach. Additionally the coffee maker wasn’t too efficient. It’s suggested that written information be made available with info regarding appliances, air conditioner and perhaps a map of the area highlighting where to purchase groceries and points of nearby interest and transportation. Otherwise it was an excellent place to stay and the safety and silence of the street was great, not to mention it’s beautiful location.

It was an absolute no-brainer to click five stars in every category for this place. Our friends who live there couldn't believe we got such a nice place so perfectly located for the price we paid. Check in was super easy and everything worked fine (okay, I can't vouch for the stove as we didn't cook). When we come to visit our friends in Madrid again we will try to get this place again.
