Wonderful place! So close to KU. Clean and well decorated. Host was responsive. Would definitely stay here again

My daughter had nationals at Kansas University we were literally 12 minutes from there!! Communication with owner was fantastic! 10/10 recommend! Super cute apartment like home. Quiet neighborhood! It was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay at this home in Kansas!

Cute enough place with a good location but the place smelled musty. The a/c unit leaked water all over the floor which probably explains the smell. The small things were lacking - no hairdryer (but they had an iron and ironing board….really???), only one washcloth in bathroom, no extra towels, no bar soap, no shampoo and the cheapest/worst TP. Charge $2 more a night and buy decent toilet paper!! The fuse blew out in kitchen. The little things matter - especially when you have to go out and buy what most properties standardly provide.

I took my 5 yr old daughter and we were there for the long weekend to watch my niece who plays soccer at the University of Kansas. Super convenient with parks and grocery stores nearby. We spent our days at local playgrounds and parks and would come home for naps and dinner. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I had to extend my stay in Lawrence and wanted to get out of the hotel. At the last minute, I was lucky enough to snag this super, cute cottage for the week. It was exactly what I needed. The location is perfect. The cottage has everything you could need . . The best part is the covered patio! Eric, the property manager, was super helpful. I can’t wait to stay there again.

The cottage was very cozy and the property manager was very responsive. My daughter was in between housing but had already started classes, so she wasn’t able to come home prior to moving into her place for the academic year. The only thing she missed was in unit laundry, but she managed. She has said she wished she could live here all year!😊

We are returning guests and Eric helped make the reservation process smoother for us during a VrBO website issue. This charming stonr cottage had everything we needed for a great stay in Lawrence visiting family. The location is a close driving distance to everything, but tucked away on a quiet street. We'll be back!

Very charming Stone Cottage. It was well located for meeting up with friends and my children’s softball tournaments in Kansas City as well as Topeka, Manhattan, Emporia, and Ottawa. I was actually there for over a month. Eric was a great host and responded when an issue occurred and took care of it. 👍

This location was great, the house was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The host, Eric, was very easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the University of Kansas, Lawrence campus (3-5 min drive). Would definitely stay again.

Two friends, and I took a weekend away from normal life. The house was perfect for what we needed. When we did have an issues the manager was great about getting back to us, and fixing what needed. Lawrence was actually perfect for what we needed. A lot of beautiful hiking.

Perfect spot for spending the weekend with my daughter as it was super close to campus. Very responsive host. It was myself and 2 daughters that stayed, my only comment is add another mirror in main living area for girls getting ready as bathroom is tiny:)

The property filled all of my needs. Management is easily responsive and satisfied all of my concerns. Above and beyond what is expected. I have already booked my next three stays here.

Great location! It's easy to drive to from any direction, a half-block from Iowa Street (US59), and it's easy to park next to the door. The walk to the campus is long, but maybe possible. The unit is quiet and private, and quite big enough for a person or couple for an extended stay. Three would be a crowd. I was put off by the insurance requirement---I hate to pay fees that don't benefit the owner or VRBO---but the unit was worth it.

We stayed here while in town for KU basket and football games. The cottage is within walking distance of both venues. Great property, just as advertised.

My partner and I stayed here for a week to see family in the area. The cottage is in a great location - pretty central, with minimal driving distance to KU and downtown Lawrence. The kitchen is well stocked for those who would want to cook, although we didn't use it. The host was communicative and gave good instructions for getting into the property, and responded to any questions we had. However, we had a few issues with the place. When we got into bed, we noticed hairs that were not ours. The biggest problem was the hot water, which was really inconsistent. I could not envision staying here with a lot of people, since the hot water would run out. Even with the hot water heater at max heat, it still didn't give consistent enough water for 2 5-minute showers at night. Running any other water in the house would drastically change the water temperature as well. This was the main reason we gave a 4 star rating. One final issue was the comfort of the bed. This is up to personal preference, so I didn't factor it into the rating. The pillows were quite flat, and my partner and I kept waking up not very well rested every day of our stay due to poor sleep quality. Overall, if the above are fixed, would have been a perfect stay.

Very tidy property and communicative owner. Location is extraordinarily convenient to college and other amenities.

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed, and from its location we could get anywhere we needed to go quick.

It is a convenient place to stay and has great parking and access to the premises. There was only streaming service TV, and it did not function properly.

My husband and I stayed her for KU family weekend. Its a close 15-20 minute walk to the stadium which was convenient. The owner was also very quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for your stay.

The cottage was perfect for my needs during my visit to my childhood home to attend my grandmother’s funeral. I would stay at the cottage again without hesitation.

Great place for a weekend get away

Great little cottage! Cozy, well-equipped with all the essentials, great location, neighborhood felt super safe and was convenient to shopping (Merc Food Co-op was just down the street and became a favorite!), neighbors were friendly. AC worked great, which was good because it was very warm the week I was there. Eric was a very responsive host. Great stay overall!

This charming cottage was sparkling upon arrival. Eric was very responsive and communicated to help us during our stay. The location worked very well to celebrate with family over the 4th of July, but have quiet place to return to each evening.

The property was clean and Eric was easy to communicate with.

We had a great stay once we got checked in. We hadn't received any communication on how to access the property and it took a couple of hours before we were able to get ahold of the property owner. Once he contacted us back we had no issues and enjoyed our stay. It's a great location close to campus and had everything we needed for our stay. We will probably use this property again in the future!

This was a perfect place for the two of us. It's in a quiet neighborhood near everything we needed. It's attractive, clean and is like new inside.

I enjoyed my stay for 10 nights. It is nicely refurbished and comfortable.
