Tirez sur une piscine, écoutez de la musique, détendez-vous sur le grand canapé et profitez de la salle de cinéma, écoutez des disques classiques sur le tourne-disque et profitez du patio et du bar! Il y a 2 salles de séjour / divertissement, 2 salles à manger dont une table de 9 pieds pouvant accueillir 10 personnes pour un grand repas, et enfin une immense cuisine pour cuisiner et se divertir!

La chambre 1 a un piano. Deuxième piano dans le salon.

Le téléviseur grand écran mesure 60 pouces, est caché dans le mur et il y a un système de son surround de qualité cinéma haut de gamme avec 7 haut-parleurs au plafond qui font de cet espace une salle de cinéma. Il y a aussi un éclairage spécial dans les étagères pour ajouter à l'ambiance. Le patio privé est éclairé par des guirlandes lumineuses pour une expérience très agréable.
Grand canapé haut de gamme très confortable pouvant accueillir environ 3 personnes confortablement. Jouez au billard sur la table de billard ou aux cartes dans le bar ou la table. N'hésitez pas à utiliser également la laveuse et la sécheuse. C'est un quartier très calme, très boisé et magnifique! Tous très proches du centre-ville de Richmond, et en fait toujours dans les limites de la ville juste au-dessus du pont Huguenot sur la rivière James.
Toutes les brasseries que beaucoup de gens viennent visiter en ville sont toutes à 10-15 minutes en voiture, jamais plus.
Il y a beaucoup de très bons restaurants à moins de 3 minutes en voiture qui sont Fleming's, PF Chang's, Mosaic, Azuro, Southbound et Osaka. Il y a un cinéma au restaurant appelé Cinebistro à moins de 3 minutes en voiture ainsi que le centre commercial Stony Point Town Center à seulement 3 minutes en voiture ainsi que par ce cinéma.
La rivière James est également à environ 3 minutes en voiture et vous pouvez même y marcher ou y faire du jogging pour profiter de la rivière pour la baignade, la visualisation et les nombreux sentiers de course / marche / vélo. Le kayak et les tubes sont une chose courante à faire sur le James et il y a quelques entreprises à proximité, vous pouvez également louer du matériel! Le parcours de golf du Country Club of Virginia est également à 1,6 km juste sur le pont.
Nous sommes juste à côté de l'Université de Richmond et de Grove et du quartier commerçant de Libby, qui a le restaurant Jack Brown (idéal pour les hamburgers et les bières artisanales!), Cafe Caturra qui est un endroit merveilleux pour prendre du café, du vin, le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner et ils ont une grande sélection de vins. This has been the best place we have ever stayed. The layout is amazing. We had a baby sleeping upstairs and we were able to hangout in the basement without her waking up at all bc of the design of the house. This place is GREAT for a family trip.

My family of three stayed here for a long weekend. The house is exactly as described. The home was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Ryan was a great host. The community is quiet and we felt very safe. We loved the basement entertainment area for a long weekend of movies and watching football. Thank you so much for a great stay. We hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at this Oxford home during our lacrosse tournament in the area. It was nice for the adults to visit and cook upstairs while the boys played in the basement and watched movies. I love when we find a place that goes above and beyond to offer essentials like shampoo, conditioner and soap as well as coffee filters and coffee.
We loved shopping at Trader Joes and the little market in the strip mall. The boys loved the ice cream place by Trader Joes too! Thank you Ryan!

My out of town family stayed here when they visited as my house is not big enough for everyone. It was a nice place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. The host was responsive and helpful.

A little on the high side for a house not on the beach or lake , but it was a nice stay for the activities we were doing , wouldn't recommend it if u wanted to have a cook out due to owner stated that neighbors would complain about people talking outside, but other than that it was a nice stay

Beautiful home away from home
Can't say a single bad thing about this place!!! Ryan was easy to communicate with, house was perfect, everything as described! I, my seven children, and my aunt visited the area to see family. The house was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed to carry on life in another place ❤️. The neighborhood is gorgeous - great for a stroll! Stores are within a 5ish minute drive, in case you need anything. Definitely plan to come back!!!

The location and curb appeal of this home is excellent. It is ideal for a group of younger people visiting the local colleges and needing a place to gather and socialize. A family traveling with children may not find the accommodations, decorations, or general feeling inside the house to be comfortable like a traditional family home. Three bedrooms upstairs are sparingly furnished and decorated on a budget, and they all share a single full size bath not connected to any of the rooms. The floors and doors are very squeaky which was a real challenge with a sleeping baby. Kitchen and breakfast table are a nice size with large sunken dining room off the kitchen. Living area upstairs is relatively small and not comfortable for family lounging. However, the downstairs entertainment area is excellent for hanging out, watching movies, playing pool and has a large full size bath with rain head shower. The home has obvious wear and tear, furnishing and decor throughout that is consistent with a college house. Again, this is perfect for certain groups but a family with kids may not find it appealing. Communications with the owner were easy. Check-in could have gone better as the cleaning lady needed an extra 90 minutes past check-in time due to a miscommunication whether the owner or VRBO guests were arriving. Luckily we were heading straight to dinner after dropping bags, so we could accommodate her need for additional time. Overall this house is nice size, in a great location, in good condition, and has an excellent entertainment area on the 1st floor for group fun.

We ordered dinner and played pool and cards and board games and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is well equipped except the silverware especially the forks were not adequate. The beds were comfortable. The description of the house needs updating because the small downstairs room is no longer used as a bedroom but there are 3 upstairs. The family room downstairs is very large and the sofa is large. We had a couple who slept down there. The sofa does not have a pull out bed, but it’s size makes it possible to sleep two fairly comfortably. We could not figure out how to work the downstairs television (we didn’t try the other ones.) Perhaps it should be checked or a paper with instructions should be put next to it. All in all the house was great for our purpose. Location, size, safety of the neighborhood and the pool table and game area really were appreciated. We would definitely rent it again.

My family and I were looking for somewhere to stay to celebrate my graduation. The house was perfect for what we needed: lots of dining space, big back yard, and an awesome bar / pool room in the basement. It is way bigger than the pictures show. The neighborhood was beautiful but very quiet. Ryan was very prompt with communication and accommodating. I am moving out of Richmond but would def stay at this place when I come back to visit.

My wife and I have already told the kids we would love to bring them back next summer to enjoy the home and Richmond.Two notes, which didn't diminish our stay at all, the pianos are NOT tuned, and the fireplaces are not functional. Those are both things that we wished had worked before our booking. Regardless, we're thrilled we chose this home and will return any time we make it to Richmond again.
