The booking was for an adult and a child, but the room only had one double bed. As two females they felt very uncomfortable with the atmostphere in the place and so left immediately and found other accommodation. They did not stay at Sturry Road in the end.

Shared accommodation for two people with separate beds, and even some tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.

295, Sturry Road is a home away from home. I didn't have to think about leaving my home because I had a better experience of homely environment. Hospitality service ws excellent. I didn't waste my money booking the room. I was given an additional night without pay. I was amazed that the owner gave me one night stay for free (wooooww in UK?). I couldn't believe it. It was magnanimous of the owner to have extended this offer to me. Well done sir/ma. Thumbs up for you.

There was none except that I couldn't stay more than 6 nights. I paid for 5 nights but stayed for 6 nights (a night was given pro bono). I would have loved to stay more if the owners could do family rentals with monthly payments.

Unfortunately my room faced a main road out of Canterbury which meant that there was traffic noise all night. Also, the advert was for ‘Available Parking.’ This was on a busy road which should be made clearer in the property description.

The rooms were all so big and comfortable. Lovely bathroom.

The shower downstairs didn’t work and shower upstairs was dribbling out the pipe so not powerful.

Just needed a one stay for my sisters wedding so suited.

Road noise kept us awake from 6am and heating permanently on in height of summer so far too hot. Key safe jammed to get key as let yourself in. Upstairs shower broken. Needs to TLC as obviously student accommodation during term time
