Great location, you have everything you need in the area or just a Grab call away

There were small cockroaches around the apartment and we found some crawling out of the tile cracks. No exaggerating, we killed about 15 of them through our 3 day 2 night stay, and we were out for most of the time. Single bed room is quite stuffy just to take note.

Location is good.

1. Arrived 3pm . - lock box code for key collection was wrongly given and need to contact the person in-charged via whatsapp only and they sent somebody from their office to pass the key 2. House also not ready ....4.45pm only we can get in to the house. We need to hang around the area to kill the time and the BeeStay promised to refund one night stay for their delay (how to get back the refund ?) 3.Netflix password given only after we asked for it 4. Internet password given also not valid asking the correct password the person incharged promise to give but towards the end of our stay the person never inform us😏 5. The sofa also bad condition already, can feel the wooden beneath and under the cushion were very dirty and got cockroach too. One of of the dining chair also already broken (back support) 6. Living room aircond also not cool (air blowing only) luckily got fan working.

Service is good, it's clean, it's comfortable, and it feels like home, host was superb, friendly, problem solving and understanding

excellent value for money. i have stayed at many 'aparthotel / AirBnB' similar to his, and i must say that I was very happy with the apartment. theres convection cooker, well functioning fridge, washer, and facility to hang / dry clothes. apartment was spacious. only 1 room had no aircond, the other two rooms including living room had aircond (and the aircond was cold). seamless check in and checkout process. I had to extend a day last minute, the host made it so easy. I stay there for my daughter's followup in Ara Damansara Medical Centre. will definitely stay here when we are in KL for followup.

(this is really nitpicking) one of the mattress was quite old, and u can feel the spring. I gave the feedback to the host and they said they will check and sort it out. kudos!
