Perfect Family Beach Vacation~Perfect for Family and Friends to gather.
Spacieuse maison de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bain en face de la plage est un endroit parfait pour se détendre. Dans le centre de Gulf Shores, à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et attractions: The Hangout, Sea and Suds, Picnic Beach et Gulf Island Grill pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Il y a même une petite épicerie à un pâté de maisons. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore. 2 grands ponts pour profiter de la brise de l'océan. La grande chambre principale est située à l'étage avec une salle de bain privative. Il y a 2 autres chambres à l'étage, toutes deux avec salle de bain privée. La 4ème chambre est située en bas. Il y a une entrée à une salle de bains commune avec le salon principal. Il y a un parking pour 4 voitures de taille moyenne ou 3 SUV. La piscine communautaire partagée est juste à côté de la maison. L'accès à la plage est à quelques pas avec un passage pour piétons et un feu d'arrêt pour un accès facile.

Family get-together for the 4th. Wonderful accommodations-beds were extremely comfortable! Kitchen very well-stocked. Great communication with the host… very attentive to every detail!

The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. House was very very well stocked in kitchen. Since I am a big cook, i could have left a lot of my appliances at home. Crock pot and skillet already there. P.s. my kids lovedWaterville for the water park. Only thing that was any trouble was putting sheets on the upper bunk beds for kids. It was a workout. Lol. We will return!

This is a great property for a family. The kitchen is well equipped. The walk to the beach is very manageable and a very short drive will get you to the Gulf State Park Fishing pier and public beach.

Everything was as the listing indicated. We just had to clean when we got there. It was so much dirt under the couches. We couldn’t get to it all because after all, we were vacationing.

Lots of room,very clean and well stocked. Location was great, convenient to the beach, not to far to carry everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants close by. We had a great time!

The was exactly as listed. Clean, gorgeous, kitchen had everything needed! Can’t say enough about the location. Within 10-15 minutes of all your tourist endeavors! Dana is also very response and a great host!

We stayed for a week and the house was great. Communication with Dana (property manager) was easy and the house was very well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy and the condo pool being so close was very convenient for kids after a beach day. We would stay here again 💕 thanks!

This was by the first time that we stayed at this place in Gulf Shores! The pictures online do not do it justice! It is tastefully decorated and conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores! There was plenty of room for everyone to claim their own space as we explored everything Gulf Shore has to offer! We will be back!

We loved this property, it was the perfect distance without being right on the beach. The beds were so comfortable and it was so nice having a bathroom with every room, especially when coming back from the beach. Lots of shops within walking distance. Also a pool right out the front door which was great for the little kids that didn't want to swim in the ocean! Highly recommend for a stay in Gulf Shores!

This property was beautiful inside and out. The pictures on the site did the condo no justice. It was clean, the property manager made herself available if there was any problems and or questions. We look forward to rebooking again next Thanksgiving. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great property overall. Spacious and plenty of parking. I was concerned about the distance to the beach with having little ones and carrying all of the beach essentials but was pleasantly surprised how short of a distance it was and the fact the rental came with a beach wagon and some beach necessities. Dana was attentive and quick to resolve issues. I can't say anything negative about the rental.

We had a great trip to Gulf Shores, and this property was exactly as expected. It was close to everything and the beach access was super easy. Dana was very responsive, and we would highly recommend this space for a large group. We love that every bedroom had their own bathroom! There is so much to do and see in the area, and we loved every minute.

We had our annual family trip to the beach at this location in August and all 11 of us were comfortable. The home was clean and looked just as described online. The living area is a good size and the bedrooms easily accommodated everyone. The older teens/young adults were able to walk to nearby stores and the walk over to the beach was super close! The pool was perfect for playing in right outside. We had 4 small cars and they fit well under the home. It was a nice rental and hopefully we can visit again sometime!

Great Family House
We had 3 of our children (8 adults total) and 5 of our grandchildren ages 2-8. We loved having a bath for each bedroom (4).
The house was clean and comfortable.
We loved having the beach wagon, the outdoor shower and the pool. We were across the street from the beach with a crosswalk close by on a busy street. We did not have a view of the beach because of the resort across the street. The balconies were nice but traffic was noisy. However, we could not hear the traffic noise inside the house. It was close to groceries, shops and restaurants. It was a great house for our family. There was room to park 2 large vehicles and 2 smaller cars. The property manager was very helpful and promptly answered all of our questions.

House was exactly as described. About 3 minute walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was awesome for getting salt/sand off.

Fun time
Excellent location to beach. Lovely house. Community pool right in front of house. All 5 star. The only problems were other vacation renters in community. Eventually had to call police due to noise and verbage lasting hours into early a.m. However, please note this is not owners fault.

A stay for 3 families
Perfect location!!! We were there for a baseball tournament, location to the fields was perfect. From the 3 families that stayed we would all stay here again. Comfortable, spacious, felt at home. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay! Overall the property was clean and spacious! The only complaints were:
1) We washed clothes, and used the dryer, and something in the dryer put brown spots on our clothes. After looking at the inside of the dryer, it seems that something brown may have melted, and wasn't clean. We did not notify the property owner, but letting them know now for future guests.
2) The pillows weren't that great. I know, something very picky, but the rest of the house was very nicely decorated, we figured the pillows on the beds would be better quality.
That's it! Overall it was a wonderful stay, and the pool was less than 10 ft away from the house, and the beach access was extremely convenient. The outdoor shower was a LIFESAVER! I was able to give my 4 and 3 yr old boys actual showers outside (it is a hot and cold shower). Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

The Perfect Beach Trip
The house was amazing! We had easy access to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The amenities were great as well. I think the best part was having the outside shower so we didn’t drag too much sand inside the house!

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen very much and would definitely recommend the home to others. One note on the location; if you are coming just to stay and play at the beach, be aware that this home is located at a very crowded part of the beach. It was a convenient and short walk to the beach for us (a bit too difficult for our aging parents), but was located in an area with a very high volume of people bc of the amount of surrounding High-Rise Condo complexes. Those facilities already have their beach chairs and umbrellas set up, each day, taking much of the available beach area. We had to walk an additional several hundred feet down the beach in order to have an area to set up our gear. All in all, a beautiful and well taken care of home away from home, and we would definitely visit again!

Awesome place!
House was located off the main beach but you could NOT hear the traffic inside the house. Location was very close to the beach. Master bed and bath was very spacious. Other bedroom and bathrooms were a little small but still very nice. Ample room on main floor in kitchen, living room, dinning area.
