Belle grande maison de style exécutif, proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités que New Plymouth a à offrir.
Emplacement central de New Plymouth, très privé, chaleureux et ensoleillé, grande résidence exécutive entièrement meublée et viabilisée de sept chambres. Excellent hébergement pour les grands groupes, mais également adapté aux petits groupes en raison de la disposition et de la conception de la maison.
Ceci est la maison idéale pour un grand groupe souhaitant passer des vacances ensemble dans la magnifique ville de New Plymouth! Excellent pour les mariages, etc. où les invités et la famille en dehors de la ville peuvent rester ensemble dans un bel endroit! Grandes équipes sportives (très proches des lycées locaux) ou tout autre événement où les familles et les amis peuvent rester au même endroit. La cuisine a deux fours, idéal pour la restauration de grands groupes.

Had a great weekend in Tara’s and this property was the book end to great days on the surf highway. Large space with multiple bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, and a large family room kitchen dining space. Excellent setup for a large group and on a safe and quiet culdesac. Will stay again hopefully!

Centrally located property with plenty of room for a large group to spread out. Love that it is dog friendly but be aware that the hedge has holes for a nosey canine!

Leatham Heights is a large clean and tidy home without being too precious. Our large family group of 3 generations loved the space and facilities. Communication was amazing, with really great information for using the property, which I appreciated. All in all, one of our better Book-a-Bach experiences, and we wouldn't hesitate recommending Leatham Heights, or staying there again if the need arises.

Enjoyed our stay after travelling with extended family. Everything is as described and location excellent. Tyler's communication is prompt, polite and clear. The only blemish is that on one night there was a rather party next door with loud music which went on till just after midnight.

We had family ranging in age from 21 to 71. This property met all of our needs. Great location, plenty of room and bathroom facilities for everyone. Great place if you have alot of people to find accommodation for. Highly recommend!

The house worked very well for our group of 3 families. Felt some rooms were a bit musty and the outdoor area could have been tidier, needed a sweep. Was well equipped and bed linen was high quality. Superb holiday home.

Great option for a large family
It is hard to find accommodation for a large family. This was perfect for us. Big thanks to the property manager who was very helpful, accommodating and was mindful of the impacts of covid alert level changes. We had a wonderful time even though all our family could not be there!

wow, this house is so roomy, big, warm and plenty of bathrooms and toilets, bedrooms and a great space for a large family to chill out and relax. We would highly recommend this property.

The furnishing were a little outdated and was lacking basic kitchen appliances/tea,coffee, S&P. Also no fire guard made it quite hard to deal with the kids. Host was very good at communicating and a pleasure to deal with.

Perfect house for 2 families. Having 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets was a bonus. One queen size bed & ensuite was on one side of the house then on the other side it had 3 queen size beds and a bathroom. Upstairs has another bathroom which was perfect for the kids. We all had our own space. Was lovely and clean.
Only downer was no outside furniture but luckily we had our own fold up chairs for enjoying the sunshine.

Great house for a group of people
Plenty of bedrooms, suitable for sports team with lots of single room people. Large warm living room with lots of bathrooms. Couldn't have been better in terms of size and amenities. Location only a few kms from town or stadiums. Only thing missing was tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.
