First time stay in a beach house and when we first

We had a severe ant problem both in and out of the house. We even ended up with ants in three of our vehicles. The pool water was not maintained and green the entire time. We will not be choosing this reality company or property again. Customer service at Thomas Beach Reality was not very helpful or knowledgeable.

Well first off it was not cleaned at all. There were multiple broken items in the house that looked like was there a while. There is a serious ant/bugs problem with the house clearly not worth what we paid.

Excellent Location! Right across from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The pool was awesome and was big enough to accommodate our large group and the other villa's group as well. However, cleanliness was an issue. There was an infestation of ants in the house. We had to buy ant sprays and traps but still had issues in the kitchen and rooms. There was some kind of leak on the 2nd floor bathroom that caused mold to develop. Management said they were going to send someone to fix it but no one came. There were food in between couches and under beds. The 3rd floor seemed like it wasn't cleaned at all. Missing batteries in the TV remotes. Trash was left from previous tenants. The floors were dirty and we had to buy mops to clean. The location is the best thing about this place but overall, I will not stay here again.

The property was very nice. Unfortunately, we had issues with the dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Thomas vacations did their best to resolve the issue and provided compensation when they were unable to fix the issues during our stay.

Nice but could use more helpful management
The property were very nice. One thing that was still difficult to understand until arrival was the fact that this is a duplex property. One side has 7 bedrooms. While this worked for the group, I do think there could be slightly better clarification. No issue though! I do wish the property management company worked a little harder to answer questions. We were traveling as a corporate group on motorcycles. All men. We needed the layout of rooms to best determine rooming situations as well as instructions for each individual upon arrival. We asked the company for a layout by floor and they told us they didn’t have one. We then asked if we could reach out to the owner for clarification but no one ever responded. In my opinion, when you pay a decent price tag for a three night rental, reasonable requests should be accommodated. Overall pleasant experience but that was a sticking point for us.

Golf vacation
20th year in myrtle, first stay here. Was a great location for our courses & the beach. It was a bit chilly for our week, so the pool wasn't used, but would have been great too. A few issues cleaning prior to our arrival, short hairs in sheets, toenails left behind & eyelashes left on the windowsill. Wish there were a few more skillet pans, but there are plenty of dishes & cups. Ice maker worked great, but if there were 26 people staying, there is no where near enough refrigerator space. A few broken objects when we arrived, including a heron statue in the main guest room, along with no trash can in that 2nd floor main bedroom/bathroom. Parking was enough for 6 cars or trucks, 4 under cover, 2 not. Beds were stiff as a board throughout, so an upgrade there would help us come back. Thanks again for the house, it was great for our golf week.

Needs some upgrades
The house was big and roomy. We didn’t think it was very clean though. The floors were filthy!! The toaster had a wire hanging out of it, and only one side worked. the coffee maker did not work either. We bought our own. Some light bulbs were out. The video game did not work. It was a nice house, but needed some upgrades

Family Vacation
Property was great. Enough space for everyone. Beach was across the street. Had everything you need to cook. Any problems we had someone came and fixed as soon as they could. I would stay again and recommend to anyone

Great location! But some few issues with appliances, internet, bedding needs upgrades! Did contact the property rental and owners for the inconvenience we had with the property and they was easy to reach! But we loved our family vacations overall.
