It was good

They didnt even have a room at the property we booked. Gave a pair of girls the outermost tiniest room at another place which was like servant quarter. Freezing. No heater. Hot water tap not even working. No commode. After much ado, when we refused to check in, they magically came up with another much bigger better room somewhere else. At least similar to what they actually advertised on the app

Behaviour of staff was good but not much professional

Charged me more than book me booking .com told me 26 ooo first they told would charge 4500 and told would charge 3500

Nothing I like in this guest house except the location.

It was boys hostel which is listed on booking.com as a guest house. I am requesting why booking.com allowed to list such type of property on your website. They given us smelly blanket, my child has injured his hand because there was broken glass inside room. The staff attitude was worst.

Staff was welcoming and courageous

Room was too small. Bathroom wasvery small and dirty. AC cooling was not well. Bedsheets, spreadsheet, and pillows were dirty

No break fast facilities,,and we have to pay extra16% as Taxes.

I liked the parking and security, Hot water availability.And LED TV. Lenin towels shampoo not standard. Good think is the location with everything on walking distance.
