Long View est une maison de 3 chambres avec une vue panoramique sur l'océan! La maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec trois chambres et un espace de vie ouvert comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, un coin repas et un salon. En plus de la salle de bain complète de la maison, il y a une douche extérieure privée sur le côté de la maison.
Le pont arrière spacieux offre une vue sur l'océan et l'étang salé adjacent à la maison. Le pont a un gril à gaz et un mobilier d'extérieur confortable pour profiter de la détente et des repas.
Les clients auront accès au sous-sol de plain-pied pour stocker de gros articles tels que des chaises de plage, des kayaks et des vélos!

Cute little house with beautiful view. Abutting neighbors not very neighborly but overall neighborhood is nice. We were the first rental of the season and house wasn’t quite ready. We had great weather for early May and would have enjoyed some chaises on the deck, umbrella and maybe a firepit. The owner and property manager came by to help us with a few questions. Both were very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely consider another visit!!👍

The view! We were lucky to have a warm day in November and sitting on the deck watching the ocean was breathtaking. We were able to walk to three different beaches and see an amazing sunset. Sunrises in the morning from the house and a wall of sliders to feel the breeze was the best part ! House had everything and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the heat lamp after the shower was a bonus! Definitely want to come back for the summer!

The home and location were just great- beautiful walks to the beaches and the view from the deck was amazing. We found neighbors all throughout the area to be pretty unfriendly- that’s really the only negative.

We [mostly] enjoyed our stay and the house was super cute. The view is absolutely amazing and location idyllic.
The yard is nice, however you're not really able to enjoy if if one of the neighbors is home. We rented this house because dogs are allowed and it had a yard. But as soon as we arrived, we were harassed by the neighbor demanding we put our dogs on leash (in a private backyard, mind you). The comments and harassments continued throughout our stay and we weren't able to fully relax outside with the dogs because of it.
The bunk bed situation isn't ideal. Not sure who can fit in that top bunk since the ceilings are so low. I'd honestly list this as 3 beds for that reason.
Property manager was great to deal with. We had an issue with the fridge and I was concerned over the neighbor but she was quick to respond.

Picturesque getaway
From morning walks on the beach to evening drinks at the pub, our week in Matunuck was more than we could have hoped for. David's cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our dog. We hope to be back soon!

Paradise in South Kingstown!!
My sisters and I had an amazing time at Longview Cottage! The sweeping views from the deck watching the sunrise was just inspiring. The location was perfect . We visited 3 beaches within walking distance but honestly we could have just hung out on the deck all day ! Simply Beautiful! Thank you David and Emily for sharing your wonderful cottage!

Water views everywhere!
The views of Pt Judith day and night are mesmerizing- but beach has too much stinky seaweed unless you walk way down. The house itself is nice open layout with granite kitchen and bath the outside shower is wonderful! Huge deck and great grill with ample seating. Wonderful fall asleep to the sound of the waves

Matunuck Rocks!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It has a gorgeous deck and view of the ocean and salt ponds. It is walking distance to the quiet end of East Matunuck Beach and an even shorter walk to Deep Hole surfing/fishing area. There's a giant Salt Pond in the front, across the street and birds and bunnies everywhere. It is a quiet area with gorgeous homes. South Kingstown beach is also nearby. The cottage is small but well-outfitted, dishes, lobster pot etc. It has three bedrooms and a large kitchen living room area. I love the outdoor shower! You can walk to Ocean Mist, the pub, a coffee/food truck, and Vanilla Bean. There's a grocery store and farm stand up the road and lots of nice restaurants in the area. They have also added air conditioning h-vac. Owner Dave and Emily (property manager) were very responsive and helpful when needed. Dave stopped by and was very helpful and kind. We were there on July 4th and there were many fireworks everywhere visible from the deck! Thanks to all!

Cosy cottage, great views and location
Owners were very responsive to a couple of issues that came up. Great deck with sea view and lovely living/dining room. Bedrooms are on the smaller side, but beds very comfy. Moderate walk to the beach. Overall very enjoyable stay for four of us and a dog.

Walking distance to two beaches and a few eateries, this house had it all! The owners were very responsive, the house was very clean and cozy, and the property/ view from the backyard was incredible! Plus, having two dog friendly beaches incredible close by made for a lovely trip. 100% plan to come back

The view and the private neighborhood is what sold us. The towns people were very friendly and Emily the owner was quick to answer any questions or give any recommendations. we stayed early spring and was surprisingly able to still see and enjoy a lot of what Rhode Island has to offer even during off season. We are a family that doesn't need a lot when it comes to get aways so if you like quiet/relaxing/private fishing/surfing towns with lots of out door things to do and see then this is your place! we would happily stay again!

Great visit
We had a great time. The house was clean, it was close to the beach, a small strip of bars and restaurants are close by. The view in the morning is beautiful. 10/10 would definitely look to come back.

Marvelous Beach Escape
Property was great, access and proximity to beach was excellent and waking up to sound of ocean waves and sea air was particularly wonderful. House is small but more than adequate for the two of us. View from deck -- superb.

The best weekend
This was the best weekend! The listing online was very accurate and then some. The house was clean and spacious And The location to East Matunuck Beach was a short walk away, needless to say their were many walks on the beach.
The neighborhood was quiet and low key and all of the neighbors were very friendly. We also brought our 2 dogs who absolutely loved the porch and the beach too.
Naragansett and Point Judith are only a short 15-20 minute drive.
And lastly, as a chef I loved the opportunity to cook outside on the grill with a view of the ocean. Hard to beat.
We'll be back.

Great location!
If your looking for the perfect beach location, this is it. There are two beaches a short walk from the house yet your not in the hustle and bustle of it all. You have restaurants/bars, coffee/ice cream and a convenient store all within walking distance. The view is amazing and has the perfect deck to entertain and hang out on.
The house was very clean upon arrival and Emily/Dave were very attentive to emails and any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.
