The location was good. Quiet neighborhood and building. The flat was quite big.

The entrance to the parking was embarrassing, the owner didn’t provide us with the correct password for the garage and it looked very weird that we wait for someone who is entering/leaving to be able to park our car. The flat was not clean and the floor was full of dust and hairs in most of the corners. The kitchen facilities were old and didn’t look good to use.

The property is super nice. It is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. You can use the kitchen and there is even a parking.

The host never answered my calls, and it was difficult to check in. Booking.com attempted to assist me, but sent me an incorrect code to open the door, resulting in me wasting so much time on the check in process. For the price of the property, I would have preferred a more responsive and present host (I never heard/saw him in the end).

very clean and I nice area

This is located conveniently in the center of Epalinges in a large, very modern apartment building right on the main road. It's walking distance to the grocery store. The apartment is very nice inside -- beautifully furnished, clean, quiet, comfortable, nice balcony, modern appliances. The option to pay extra for parking in the building is really helpful.

The apartment was beautiful but very sparsely furnished. Just a few more items in the apartment would have made our stay much more comfortable: extra lightbulbs (the light on the table in the bedroom next to the closet was burnt out), dishwasher detergent (so we could use the dishwasher instead of hand washing all the dishes), another kitchen towel, a small drying rack for hand-washed dishes, a small basket for transporting laundry, sugar for coffee, and a pad of paper and a pen for taking notes would have all been very helpful for our stay. While the apartment was overall quite clean, the floor had only been swept and not been mopped before we arrived. When we walked in with bare feet, the bottoms of our feet were surprisingly quite dirty.

host was albit rood , he doesn’t know how to satisfy his clients the first apartment was very dusty and not clean then he moved us to another one which was reasonable also need fan in the room st summer time this is v important

No communication from the owner/manager once we arrived and sent many messages to say there was no iron. We ended up having to spend £40 to buy one.

All doors needs a code ! It's perfect Recent flat with very good quality of accommodations. Very clean and parking available

Nothing to do but some cars are loud in the evening (for a baby). A small road is nearby
