The home and host were everything I could have asked for and I immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. I highly recommend and will stay again in the future.

When trying to communicate with the host, there was no way to reach the owner. It was challenging to achieve effective communication, as all communication was done through a third-party corporate management company, most of which required communicating through emails and not directly with a live agent. There was no way to reach a property owner. Using the only available means of communication, I did not receive a response or follow-up communication. I never received welcome information or instructions for the property. No one contacted me when I expressed difficulties with the booking. There was no communication, only a generated response with the promise of contact that never occurred. Over the course of two weeks, I emailed several times and called multiple times. I finally reached a live agent and was informed that in fact, no one had responded to me. Really!? My main issue with this property listing is that it appeared that I was renting from a local couple, who were neighbors of my family in Cockeysville, but that is NOT the case. It is a corporate management company that is impersonal and detached, and whose fees were as much as the rental itself. I literally was just a number and apparently one unworthy of responding to. Big disappointment.
