For commuters, location is good from hwy 15D.
Upon our arrival we found that the pool was not operational so we chose to cancel our reservation and move on as we were planning to relax around the pool all day We arrived around noon that day. We were refused a refund and would like to point out we were not told that there would not be a pool for our use during our stay. Disappointed to say the least. Travel this route every year and had stayed there before but obviously not anymore.

The location is perfect for a place to stop overnight. Super easy access to highway. Front desk was very helpful with directions to restaurant. The front desk helped us get the internet set up.
There was some confusion on time of free breakfast. It would be nice to have coffee in the room.

Excellent location, right off the highway. Lots of secure parking. The room was extremely large and clean. restaurant on site for breakfast. Very easy access to restaurants in Mazatlan, and a hostess who gave us great recommendations for a good place to eat.

Perfect location, just off the freeway. Perfect parking area for keeping our fully packed car in front of our room. Clean room.

Television. Only one channel, a cartoon channel in our room. We didn't ask management because we were tired used our Kindles separately. Breakfast was a disappointment. Not many rooms occupied...perhaps better on busier days.

The bed was hard. pillows cheaply made and lumpy, linen appeared dirty, paint peeling off the walls. Google Maps provides 2 different locations for this property, one of which is at an exit ramp from an industrial area with no hotel in sight.

Easy on, easy off the toll road. Only about a 15 minute drive to the Malecon. Restaurants and shops incl. Walmart are only 7 minutes away.
Plus very pet friendly and lots of area to walk your dog.
The shower pressure was weak, but this often the case in hotels of this type have this problem in Mexico.
Since you are right off the carretera you can hear the traffic.

Great location right off the toll road. Newer nicely done hotel and nice pool area
The beds are not comfortable very firm mattresses. The towels in the room were thread bare with frayed edges one had a patch sewn over a hole in the towel. The restaurant advertised as open only does your complimentary breakfast doesn’t open until 7:30 a.m. is not good for travelers that want to leave early.
