The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. The location was great for the beach and town.

Good location. Room had everything you would need. Plenty of hanging space.

Code on door didn't always work first time. Staying 5 days the bin isn't big enough. Had to leave rubbish in a paper bag. Bed was very uncomfortable. Too hard. Shower was extremely hot 🥵. Can't be first ones to mention. I couldn't stay under it, even though owner said it had been serviced. Sorry but the blinds on the windows don't seem suitable. Faces the street so lace curtains would be more suitable as felt people would or could see in. At least lace you can see out. Had to stand on the table to open drapes, but were still difficult to open, so we left them closed. You shouldn't need to, but maybe put a sign up saying there are other people staying here as people came in at early hours banging doors and talking loudly!!! Thumping down the stairs!!! Would we stay again. Nope.

Convenient to the sea front and town centre. We were attending a wedding at the Spanish City so it was an ideal location.

A bit cold, but the temperature had dropped quite suddenly. There was a plug in heater that was enough to heat the room. Couldn’t regulate the shower temperature so had to get out before it got too hot.

The room was at the top of the house. It had a beautifully thought out seat at the large window which looked down the road towards the sea. I was really impressed with the tea and coffee facilities. It was all, just right.

Weird curtains which I struggled with. Blinds would have been fine.
