This was by far my favorite stay at north Myrtle. It accommodated our whole group and provided easy access to the beach and the pier. My only suggestion would be the hours of the pool. If no lifeguard why close at 8-10. Other than that can’t wait until our stay here again next year. Already booked it!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The location is unbeatable. From our balcony we could see family members in the pool as well as the beach. The ocean is so close. Our family of 13 fit comfortably. The older guys really enjoyed the pool table. The large dining table and the massive refrigerator was great. Could it have been cleaner,yes, but not enough to interfere with our fun. We will be back!

We were eight retired golfers and the condo was perfect for us. Great that beds were made on arrival and great views of the ocean and pier. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and pool/spa pool were great. Elevator was helpful.Only drawback was there was only one charcoal grill and two picnic tables for the building, but it generally so windy that grilling was difficult anyway. Problem with first floor air conditioning was handled quickly. Overall terrific experience.

Place was nice did not like not being able to open sluding glass doors in bedrooms.
Also when you used the oven the fir alarm would go off because it had so much grease in it and it smoked. The dises were not very well stocked. The dishwasher didn't cleaned the dishes so still ended up washing them.
Like the size of the rooms and the furniture was comfortable.

The property hadnt been cleaned. There were roaches found in multiple places. The property manager did send someone promptly to clean but we still found roaches, hair and other things afterwards. The dishes weren't cleaned before our stay and we had to clean them ourselves. The patio doors were very hard to open. There was visible mold located in multiple locations throughout the property like on the air vents. The shower heads had a lot of corrosion on them. The tubs were the same. The shower floors moved very easy and sunk in as you were trying to attempt to take a shower. Especially in the room with the jetted tub. The pool sticks didn't have tips on them and the sides of the pool table playing area had dent or curves in them which together made it not even worth trying to play which was a let down. There was poop residual and other particles left in the toilets when we checked in. I've taken photos of everything stated. We were refunded the cleaning fees but I feel that more should be done as our experience was not a good one staying at this property. It needs to be upgraded and cleaning needs to be confirmed before a new group checks in for there vacation experience.

We had a family group of 15 people ages ranging from 21-88 and had the best time . The condo had plenty of space for all of us . We especially enjoyed the pool table! We will be back!

None of the pool cues had tips on them. The pool table was a selling point for us and we couldn't even use it. No pantry. Or should I say, a pantry with a lock on it that renters can't use. We bought groceries for ten adults for a week and had no where to go with them. Groceries sitting everywhere.
The jets in the hot tub don't work so not much use unless you just like sitting in hot water.
There is mold all over the ceiling in the master bath. I'm allergic to mold and that was my bathroom.
Caused an allergy flair for me.
The location is awesome but it didn't make up for the maintenance issues. I wouldn't stay here again.

Sad due to pool being closed. Unable to open sliding door in upstairs bedroom. Was concerned about air blowing in bedroom room windows downstairs. Made the rooms very cold.The overall lodging was good

Enjoyed the stay and has bedrooms for everyone. Kids enjoyed sharing double king beds in one bedroom! Loved the dining table - enough for everyone to sit at the same time!

My husband, my siblings and their spouses rented this condo for two weeks. Wonderful ocean view. Very comfortable for ten people. The rental company was the best we have experienced. Some trouble with the TV’s. Rental company came same day that we called and solved the problem. Would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved our time while here. The only problem was the parking. Only 2 space’s allotted on the premises and the other 3 were located in a different vicinity. Trying to find a parking space was frustrating for the other 3 parking spaces bc you were not guaranteed you could even park there and then you’d end up in overflow parking. Would not be able to use this place just due to the parking.

Great property & location
Couldn't have asked for anything much better than this condo! Beachfront and steps away from the beach. The property manager quickly answered the one small issue we had by delivering a brand new Swiffer with cleaning pads. He was also able to fill a big ask as we had 4 vehicles and 3 parking passes. This was a big stress reliever*!
*Note: I was fully aware he could not fulfil this request for us had every unit been rented out for the week and he could have easily said 'sorry, no additional spaces'. Again, this was VERY much appreciated!

Holiday Getaway
We had a girl getaway. This place is amazing! 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! We were right on the beach and the pool was heating! Great location and great time!

Fantastic Property
We had a great experience here. We had a group of 8 stay for the week and everything was flawless. The condo was exactly as advertised and the location was perfect. Have been to Myrtle Beach/North Myrtle Beach many times and this was the best experience yet.

3rd year in a row with Rental Leaf
There isn't a better company to rent from when coming to the Myrtle Beach area! This is my 3rd year in a row staying in a Rental Leaf property and every year my group of golf buddies that come with me are blown away by the customer service we receive. The property itself is always clean, comfortable and safe. If it wasn't, I know for a fact that I could make a call and they would be on site to make it right. We've never had an issue with the property but this year we had a small, raised area in the dryer cut a golf shirt. I texted John to let him know about it and before we could drive 20 minutes to the golf course, they were on site making repairs AND refunding money for the shirt. I don't think any other rental company would do that.

Huge condo-great location
Six huge bedrooms with king beds/ upstairs and main floor balconies/ huge kitchen with everything you need / next to the pier/nice pool and hot tub/ parking underneath condo with elevator to condo/could not have asked for anything better!

Family Christmas
This was the perfect place to stay for our large group! Oceanfront at Cherry Grove Pier is the best place to be. The condo was very spacious & had plenty of seating & kitchen table space for our group to eat together & play games. Lots of comfy beds & bathrooms for everyone..

Nice trip
We had 16 people. A very diverse group.
John was great. He acted promptly on several requests. He brought us a crockpot and kcup coffee pot. The balconys are long but not deep. You have a great view of the beach even from inside the condo.
The porch chairs were breaking but it’s the end of the summer. The downstairs rooms are the noisiest since people congregate in the kitchen and dining room. Sound travels on the first floor. We made the mistake of putting the 1 year old napper in one of those rooms. The filter looked like is needed changed and several of us had runny noises and a sore throat.
The condo accommodated 16 people pretty well. We didn’t have any problems with parking and the overflow parking is walkable. Everyone had a great time.

Myrtle Beach Golf Trip

Family gathering!
The improvements if you are looking would be linen service! You need to bring towels, kitchen towels, they have one towel & wash cloth for each person & one for kitchen! The accommodations were good for our family outing, and the location is great! John, the property manager, answered our messages promptly!

Was a great family vacation, property was clean, spacious, plenty of Room. We had 11 people and it was cozy, but when you wanted to be alone you could get away. Beach was nice, and the pool was crowded a little but never to the point it was unusable.

Great all around family fit!
Great location. Quiet location but close to all we needed. The property manager was really helpful. Right beside the Cherry Grove pier with a small cafe and close to to other grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Golf Trip 2020
What an awesome place! Plenty of room for 6 guys that were in town for 4 days of golf. Close to the pier and close to grocery shopping. Easy to get to and get out of.
